The owners here are extremely rude. I’ve come here on multiple occasions because the food is cheap and good but I will not be back. I’m not sure if it’s because of the language barrier or what but they are very rude and unprofessional even when you call on the phone. And when I pay with card they always throw my card out the window! There are places in town with better wings and better service and that may cost you a couple bucks extra but good service is what counts. I’d rather spend my money somewhere that treats me like a paying customer deserves!

The food and service hasn’t changed. I know what I’m getting, I expect hotwings to taste like “Hotwings”, including the little twist we put on it… (lemmo-naki – lemon pepper/teriyaki). It’s just that good and I will continue to place my order and wait like everyone else. with the ranch!
