After all the hype I’ve been hearing about this place, it definitely was not to my liking. I visited the Aranguez branch. Firstly I bought the ½ Chicken w/ 2 sides, now on the menu board it stated $75.00 however I was charged $80.00. I understand prices can change but at least cover the old price if it indeed has changed. Secondly I’ve witnessed people asking for things in which they didn’t have. Yes we get that things finish but the influx of customers I saw, in which I’m sure this business is accustomed too, they could cater better even for the later customers. Thirdly the customer service was like 3/10. Last but not least the food wasn’t anything special. Soggy fries, extremely sweet BBQ sauce chicken had no flavor. As another user said, I don’t know what these customers with good reviews got but I wished I had that.

Very very poor customer service. Especially at the Aranguez location. Why is it that customers have to be waiting 30-45 minutes for chicken?? Every single time I visit this establishment i have to waste time waiting for chicken. You know your customer base and you know how busy things can get. This is unacceptable, you all need to be more efficient. THE WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG!!! Today for example I decided to give you all another try. I had to wait for two cycle of chicken to steam then go on the grill before I got through!! Madness

After receiving several recommendations to try Hot Top Grill, I am very disappointed with their customer service. I placed my order via WhatsApp and received a thumbs-up for confirmation. About 30 minutes later, someone reached out to confirm that I was coming to collect my order. I responded, “Yes, I am on my way.” To which someone replied, “Ok”. Fifteen minutes later, I arrived, and they were closed. . Confused, I checked to confirm their hours of operation; their WhatsApp stated 11:30 to 4:30, and their Google page stated 11:30 to 5:30. I got to the location at 3:30 pm. Do better.

Don’t be fooled by the Size of the establishment or lack of A/C. When it comes to the food they deliver! This is Very tasty BBQ. Even the Pepper Sauce complemented the food perfectly. Service was great, they pack your order quite quickly. Cheers!
