DEAR HOT TABLE, as a long time devoted consumer I am BEGGING YOU to expand all down the coast. BEGGING. I moved down south and there is quite literally nothing like hot table down there. It’s nearly impossible to find any type of panini at any resturant never mind a panini resturant itself. My quality of life sucks without a local hot table. It would do NUMBERS if you opened up franchises. You guys are sitting on absolute GREATNESS.

I recently ate at Hot Table on a Friday. This was my first time at one. It was around 12:30. I was able to walk in and have my order (a salad) made right away. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Everything looked delicious. My salad was great. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. I ate in the restaurant. They were busy. Many people came and went. Most people took their food to go. Which was great. After I finished eating I crocheted for a little bit. I didn’t want to take up prime table space if they needed it. I never felt like I had to hurry up and leave as there were always plenty of tables.

Ordered via door dash and hot table was closed by the time we got our food. Which was understandable considering the time we ordered. Whats not understandable is this massive piece of hair in the Mac and cheese. For the love of god if you’re the owner just comp my food order because we don’t want to go back.

If you’ve never eaten here before it’s essentially a fast-food panara, or more like a panini version of subway. I personally feel it’s far overpriced for the value considering it was $25 for two single sandwiches and a fountain drink.

We originally went to the restaurant next door and left because we were ignored. We walking into Hot Table in Hadley Ma and were immediately greeted and told We would be waited on in a moment.
I had a question about point usage and was advised how to use them.
We paid and sat down, and instead of calling us to collect our food, she delivered to the table.
The service was impeccable and we enjoyed our experience.

i went here on a friday night and it was so clean compared to a lot of places in the hadley area when umass kids are in town! the service was amazing, max helped me and my partner even though we were a bit picky with our order. everyone on was very friendly and helpful with my food intolerances. amazing place and amazing staff!!
