We went in around 9:30 on a Sunday and got seated fairly quickly it 15 minutes passed and no one came by to the table. We made eye contact with several servers and the host but they just looked down or away when we tried to get their attention
I understand overhead has to be kept high to not hire any more staff that you may not think you need but you need bussers, people to take drink orders, as well sufficient servers on peak days
I will leave my stars at 5 as my intention was to support a new and local business but we walked out and no one even said anything on the way out either
I hope they thrive but the atmosphere was quite drab
