I have ordered from here a good dozen or so times and every time I’ve gotten my food on time. I rated the atmosphere a 3 star because I have never been to the place Ive only done delivery. When the food arrives it’s hot and fresh and delicious. They are always kind and understanding. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here.
(Also their burgers are amazing and massive, about twice as good as other places)

We had podiatry appointments yesterday in Pikeville and we didn’t know what we were wanting to get for food on the way back home. We were thinking about going to Applebees but we noticed a couple Hotrod pizza restaurants had been opened up and the only one that we had ever been to was close by the Alice Lloyd college so since we liked it we decided we would have our dinner date at the Hotrods restaurant in Betsy lane and once again we were satisfied! We had a salad while we were waiting for our order to be finished and when it was they brought it out to us and it was delicious and made so perfect. Just the right amount of everything and had great service.

Ordered a Xtra large pepperoni eater with loaded fries and a 2 liter coke at 6:12 for delivery. The food got here at 7:24 without the 2 liter that was in the charge of the entire order, delivery driver said no problem he would return with the drink. I live 8 minutes away and it’s been 30 minutes since then and still no drink!!!

We only tried their food for the first time a couple weeks back, got a salad and cheese sticks. The salad was HUGE, with all kinds of toppings, very good. And the cheese sticks are awesome! Actually plenty of cheese on them, unlike the couple other pizza delivery places I won’t bash publicly. Definitely the best in our opinion, we’ve been ordering from here since the first try. You actually get GOOD food, a generous serving of it too, and they aren’t stingy with the cheese and toppings either. The other deliver places we tried here, are basically rip offs compared to here.

We used to eat here all the time. Recently we had order pur food for delivery around 6:30 at night we did not get it until after 10:30. The order was wrong and we tried calling back but they were already closed. Lately, I dont know what is going on there but seems like the quality of the food has went down hill or something. We ordered there all the time I mean 3-4 nights a week. Great prices and friendly staff. The steak sandwiches are Awesome as long as you get what you order and the bread isn’t as hard as a rock and burnt. Great prices on pizza specials also. Yes , I would recommend Hot Rods but pick up not delivery the wait will be a couple of hours. UPDATE….. as of Feb , 23, 2021 figured we would try it again and still late.. We ordered food 2 hours ago and still waiting on delivery . Don’t get me wrong the food is great friendly staff just the delivery needs to speed up or something. We will not be getting anymore delivers from there. If you want good food and want it Hot I would advise you to go pick it up.

I wish I could add a picture to this review. We got a extra large ultimate Supreme pizza and an order of wings. The pizza was cold and hard and couldn’t even eat the wings they were so over done and hard. Definitely won’t be going back.

On 2-1-25 i placed an order for pickup when I got there to pick up my order they said we gave your order to someone else not the first time this has happened. Why take your name for an order if you gonna give it to who ever comes in. Will not order anything from there again been a long time customer
