Service was excellent but sadly I won’t be going here again. It was simply just not a good value in the end. I spent $47 for a pretty basic lunch including tip. Much of the food was previously (or still!) frozen. Some of it still stuck in frozen form to the sides and lids as they passed by.
There was an abundance of ingredients but I was still left wanting for more variety. At the very least, more ready to eat foods from the conveyor belt that didn’t need to be cooked in the broth. I wish some of the foods were chopped into smaller pieces because there were no knives or any way to alter the prepared food. Chunks of cabbage, pumpkin and zucchini were definitely not bite sized, for example.
Overall, it was a fun experience to try. You select a base broth and then they put that in front of you into a cooker that is recessed beneath the countertop at your seat. You select and add ingredients and cook them and then scoop out your soup and eat it. It makes a giant mess.
The food was delicious! There are a few foods on the menu that you can order them to prepare for you.
Tip: One pot of the broth will definitely feed at least two people, Probably three, depending on how many times you add more items into it and reheat.

Really good for a unique Hotpot experience. Instead of a big pot to share, it’s conveyor style and you get an individual pot. The fact they let you take home leftovers is awesome, it means you can often get two or three meals! Very nice selection of meats and veggies, so you can make it however you want. Very worth trying, especially when it gets colder.

Such a fun conveyor belt experience! Pick your broth, it comes out quick and is very tasty. Seating is very close together, but they spread groups out. Plates are clearly marked so you know exactly the cost. Server was very polite and attentive, but stayed back to let us enjoy the experience. Highly recommend

Had a great valentines day dinner here. The wait to get a roll was a little long but understandable thay we can on a very busy evening. Clayton was the main person helping us for the night and he was absolutely wonderful to interact with (all the staff were in general) the miso soup was so yummy and every roll we had was thr best sushi rolls I’ve had from any place around puyallup. We will 100% be returning

What a great experience we had here. Many people have suggested this restaurant to me for a while now. It’s an interesting way of making and enjoying some excellent food. This intriguing way of cooking has me ready to go back again soon. We’ll worth giving it a try.

The waitress was very nice and friendly and was very nice about helping newcomer like me and giving recommendations. I only wished that they refilled my water more often as i was the only customer in the restraunt. There is a novelty of having your food come on conveyor belts to you, but I find that quickly wears out when I’m waiting for the one item I want to make its way to me. It is a little unsettling when I think about how the food ultimately has been sitting out for hours at a time including chicken and seafood. When I was there I saw a sign that said the food was there from 11 am and expires at 3pm and I got there near 3pm. It is also saddening the amount of food waste that must occur from this system in place. One thing that ruined my experience was seeing food that I didn’t like come around frequently. The broth that was served was great and I ultimately did enjoy my meal. I feel it can get expensive really quick really easily thogh and the value isn’t quite there for me. The people are nice but I ultimately don’t see myself returning to this establishment.

Love this place! If my family and I are passing through Federal Way, we always stop here! Great food. Lots of fun picking what you want off the conveyor belt! The lady who works here is super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
