We were so happy with our experience here. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff are ridiculously attentive and helpful, anytime we were running low on food, someone stopped by to check if we needed anything. The quality really stands out too: both the meat and produce were exceptionally fresh. You can tell they care about both service and ingredients. We’ll definitely be back.

There has been quite the increase of hot pot spots (no pun intended) in recent years and I’ve been to most of them. I’m glad I checked this place out recently after a strenuous day full of driving and hiking. Hot pot sounded like just the thing to hit the spot.
Upon entering, my first impression was that the restaurant felt and looked very clean. Huge plus for that. There were also a good variety of tables ranging from 2 seaters to large party tables.
The selection of veggies, meats, etc were standard and similar to other hot pot places. The broth selection was good and I was satisfied with the one I chose (the Thai one).
One thing I was not the biggest fan of is that the workers were very aggressively cleaning around us including sweeping dust and trash while we were eating with 45 minutes still left until close. I understand cleaning up for the day but there was definitely dust that got swept into our food. I don’t think they did it intentionally but that is something to be considered going forward.

This place is awesome. The food is fresh and great quality. The first time I was invited by a friend and I really enjoyed it. Everything was great, especially our server( a young man). A week later, I invited 7 my husband and 6 friends. They all loved it. This time, however, we did not get good service at all(2 gals). That is why I gave it 3 stars on the service.

I always wanted to try and finally did since they are doing birthday free meals and it was my birthday. It was on Sunday so they had dinner menus and those meats were delicious! I chose Tonkotsu soup and I’m glad I did. The staffs were friendly, the restaurant is clean and big space. Highly recommended!

We came in, and there was a bit of a wait but it was only 15-20 minutes. So totally worth the wait. Food was great, and our server was attentive! I went too crazy on the sides/veggies, and I wish I hadn’t because I LOVED the beef shortribs and brisket… I 100% recommend coming to this hot pot spot if you’re in the area.

I took my daughter here for date night, and we had a blast. The food was great, service was good, selection was amazing on the serve yourself bar, and I can’t complain about it being all you can eat. Because it was all you can eat, the prices were very reasonable. I liked the modern decor and music, but the overall environment was very loud. My only complaints were that the server didn’t really explain how the cooking of the food process works, but it was easy enough to figure out. Also, I don’t like that the vegetarian price is the same price as the all you can eat meat, but overall I was very happy and would return.

Ive never been a Hot Pot before, and I promise I never will again, the food is terrible and not beginner friendly, overpriced and that’s not to mention 4 of the 5 of us have food poisoning. Will update if that goes up. Cannot even hear the “explanation” over the music they have blasting instead. Don’t bother coming here, get something else and save your money.

Hot Pot Spot is a great hot pot location. First like it I found in Colorado like similar I tried out of state. Order a broth and meat per person, get a plate to select from a huge variety of vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, seafood and sauces, to make your own dish. All you can eat and only one time through was more than enough! Broths were all delicious and we all enjoyed the various options to make our meal. Worth another round to try something new!

I was there a few days after their grand opening (in April of 2023). Sadly, this review is a bit late. But the experience we had here is still fresh in my mind. All food items were great and absolutely fresh. It offered a good seafood selection amongst other tasty items (we were there at lunch time). Service was also good. The hotpot experience was also awesome! The restaurant was nice, state of the art and quite elegant. Northern Colorado very much needs restaurants such as this that offer diners different cultural dining experiences.
My only (albeit slight) qualm is the cost/price of dining here. My wife and I were here during lunch time. But our tab (with tip) was over $70.00. SO this place isn’t cheap. I suppose this is one of those restaurants where you go on occasion to experience something unique, out of the ordinary, and to treat you and your significant other. For that kind of experiences, I do recommend this place and what it offers!
