An amazing hot pot experience! I came in recently with my husband and kids, and we all loved it. I chose the tom-yum broth and it was perfect—especially after adding a little bit of each, hot chili oil, hoisin sauce, cilantro, a splash of soy sauce and lots of gralic the way I like it. They offer super fresh meats, tons of seafood, plenty of veggies, noodles, and so much more. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. The place is clean, relaxing, and great for families. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Servers and workers are genuinely kind, they come up to check on us and refill our drinks without us having to come up to them to ask, though we came late around 9pm they refilled everything with new fresh foods for us, everything was up to sanitary standards. The food and the staff is great. Soup flavors all are amazing.

I had an amazing experience at this all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant! The variety of fresh ingredients was impressive, from thinly sliced meats to crisp vegetables and flavorful broths. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our table had plenty of room and that our drinks were refilled. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect hole in the wall for a fun meal with friends or family. Plus, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations for an AYCE spot. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious and interactive dining experience

Delicious and delightful. Give yourself over an hour and half to enjoy the experience. This was our first time at this location and will return. I love the diversity of options: seafood, meats, and vegetables. Everything tasted fresh and the dessert options were tasteful: dragon fruit and matcha ice cream. I had the sur broth (tum yum). It’s $31. 95 per person but I enjoyed all the options.

Very delicious broth, legit Vietnamese hot pot. Not your typical Tiwanese or Chinese hot pot, broth is amazing. Very good service

I had never been to one of these, and man was I missing out. This was such a fun experience. They have so many ingredients to choose from, and all of the broths were delicious. The waiters especially Eric was very helpful, considering this was our first time and we did not know what to expect. They gave us a step-by-step and showed us how to do everything. Even the kids had a great time cooking their own food. I met the owner Peter who was very hospitable and shared some egg rolls with us. I didn’t see them on the menu, but ask for them when you get there! Worth it! I will definitely be going back and introducing this place to more people.

I went here about four days ago. I was excited at the prospect of having a buffet-style restaurant for soup! Well, just shoot me in the head for even THINKING about it because when the server sat me and my husband and son down at the table, the table was sticky and there was bits of food around it. ADDITIONALLY… under my chair, I looked down and saw a COCKROACH crawling around. A COCKROACH. And then, I thought it couldn’t get any worse… until the server came over and asked if I was doing ok…… “OKAY”???!?????????????!!!!!!! Sir, there is a COCKROACH under my chair, the table is sticky and disgusting and vile, and I could practically feel the flu entering into my body by breathing the rotten air there. DISGRACEFUL!!
Now, let’s talk about the food. The broth itself wasn’t too bad, being fair. I got the spicy Cajun broth, and it was fairly tasty. But the options for the inside of the soup were bland and few and far in between. They only had a few meat options if you don’t want fish, and barely any spice options. No condiments, either! I HATED those sausage things. I thought they’d be good, because I love myself a nice sausage. But when I bit into that pink, disgusting sausage … all I tasted was pure sweetness. It did not taste meat whatsoever… it tasted like sweet radish. And for the desert. Don’t even get me started. The cake was TOO SOFT and I couldn’t even pick it up with the tongs, and the cookies felt like PLAY DOUGH. There were so many small cookies and only one big cookie, which would be fine if there weren’t just ONE big cookie.
And when my family and I finally finished our DISGUSTING VILE UNSEASONED food, we got our check. And you wanna know what that check said? $123.9! for BAD service, bad food, and a roach under my chair. The initial price would’ve been $105, which is ALREADY pushing it. But then, they thought it was ok to ask for more. Excuse me? Ridiculous.
You won’t be getting my business any more.

We have gone about 6 times the last time to 2nd time I went the guy asked for more tip when I had already left a tip, the recent time I went they added there own tip to my charge. WHICH is ridiculous to feel so entitled to add your own tip simply because you feel like it. They are slowly removing things from the buffet and adding less likely things that are less liked, we liked the place and put aside that they were removing items from the buffet those things tend to just happen, but to not only ask me for more of a tip when I already left some is not professional THEN when we come back again 20 percent tip is physically added from their end on my receipt, TIPS ARE OPTIONAL not required, this is not how severs or a establishment should be handled. The receipt has “tips suggestions” but apparently they can just harass and take peoples money.
This is an edit to my review as a response to the Hot Pot Restaurant since I am not able to respond on review page.
My claim was accurate. my claim is what I EXPERIENCED. It is what HAPPENED.
This is how my check looked (refer to photo attachment of receipt down below), how is my tip being put on my TOTAL. BEFORE paying anything? If you pay cash you are leaving the tip not adding it to the receipt ( I paid cash) …… if someone is paying card you write in the tip box the tip you leave …. This is not something that is on your initial total to what was ordered. Simply put the sever did IN FACT add a tip without my consent, unfortunately I did not feel comfortable confronting the sever about my check. Beware of them asking for tips or putting tips for you on the check! As well as say something if this happens to you/and make sure to grab and save the receipt! I tip regardless, But I guess since my tip isn’t enough for them, They put it on my total and my friend’s total (because we pay separate checks). I always tip them it’s not about the tip. It’s about me already leaving a tip that not being enough for them and asking for more from the second person that also ate there….. then us coming back a separate time and you adding your own tip to both separate checks because you feel we should both be leaving you tips simply because we paid separately.
If your hot pot is $32 and some change (that’s taxes included)
How in the world was my total $40?
Why did my check say tip $6 and some change for tip When I was paid cash??
Down below you can see my receipt that was paid cash with a tip added.

Never did a hot pot before but this place is awesome! We came at 3 so we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Server was quick, mannerly, and efficient. Wide variety of meats and seafoods and both of our broths were delicious. All meats and seafoods seemed fresh and appetizing. Large sauce bar and ice cream selection as well. Ended up eating here for 2 hours. A bit pricey and certainly a novelty but a fun one at that and one I could see myself returning to in the future.

my friend and I make a trip here from an hour away whenever we want hotpot. Super clean restaurant and restroom. Extensive array of hotpot ingredients/sauce/broth. Always playing banger music from early 2000s to present; can’t help but a happy dance in your seat when you’re eating. I always go for the tum yum broth and my friend gets the mala ️
