First time here and we ordered the $19.99 house special pot. We both like the taste and I think this is just as tasty as Boiling Point Hotpot. They also provide free drinks and boba. About 8 different kinds of teas and slushies. Good value and good service too. I wonder how come this restaurant is not busy. Maybe because of the location. It’s inside a quiet plaza and not a lot of traffic. I will definitely come back.

This place has a family owned small restaurant vibe, the family was SOOOOO nice, sweet, and attentive. Every single staff member The food wad good, quality hot pot. The broth, the items, it was a good amount and tasted quality. Their all you can drink boba was also really good. Boba soft and chewy but not too sweet and the drinks were actually good quality tea for all you can drink I was surprised. Better than quickly or other all you can drink boba places it was not too sweet and the tea flavor was strong and yummy! 12/10, will recommend and will be back! Please support this adorable family restaurant so they can expand and add more themed decor to this cute place!

This place is absolutely banging! The food is so good; I love how you can choose from pre-set bowls or you can go to the front and choose your own broth, toppings, and additions and pay by weight! We usually try out a new menu bowl each time we go to help expand our pallets a bit.

It is important to note that they really don’t do substitutions or changes to their menu bowls, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Oh and the boba! Self service boba, you mix whatever teas you want together, add whatever toppings you’re feeling, and then you’re ready to go! Truly have never been to somewhere like this before coming here and I have come again multiple times!

I don’t know we’re to start. It all started because we went to a restaurant dwn the street and they had a long waiting list. Knowing that we didn’t have much time we ended up at Hot Pot Mini Workshop. I am so glad there was that long waiting list because I don’t think I would have came to this place.

Now let’s get into this. 10 out of 10! No questions asked. Plain and simple, dry and cut. Get your bowl, add you noodles, meats and veggies. At the counter select your broth and the spice levels. Let me tell you the flavors of these broths available you cannot go wrong with any. I have tried miso spicy and Taiwanese spicy both delicious!! Comes with a side of steam rice. And drinks, tea and boba available!

Give this place a try. You will not regret it!
Clean place, not so busy, and great ambiance.

Listen up, if you want a solid meal that won’t empty your pockets, you need to hit up Hot Pot Mini Workshop in Ontario. This spot is seriously affordable, and the concept is pure genius.
This isn’t your grandma’s fondue; it’s a no-nonsense, build-it-yourself hot pot setup. You get to be the boss. You pick the soup base—spicy, rich, whatever—and then you load up your bowl with exactly the ingredients you want. It’s a proper, personalized feed, and frankly, it’s a welcome change from the usual takeout grind. The fact that you customize it from the ground up makes it a damn good, unique meal every time.
They’ve got a great selection of drinks too, and the prices are more than fair. You can wash down a hefty meal without paying a premium for a soda or iced tea.
Fair warning: this place is popular, so when the rush hits, the seating can get a little tight. But that’s just because the food is good and the value is unbeatable. You can deal with a crowd for a meal this customized and this easy on the wallet. Highly recommend it—go get your grub on.

It’s a nice little place – neat and clean. The food tastes great. Unlimited refills of drinks are now included with the food. I’ve been there a few times with my family and we all love this restaurant!

Good food but I didn’t really know what I was ordering. There’s a lack of description on the menu so it’s kind of like a shot in the dark. When asking the waitress about what was in each pot she just looked at the photo to answer. So I’d say take a look at the photo, do your best to guess what each ingredient is and then ask if you want confirmation.

There’s also a ticket you fill out with your order. You can add ingredients and choose your spice level. It seems they all come with noodles but not the same type of noodles. I’m not sure if you can swap them out.

Lastly, you can also opt to make your own bowl. There’s a buffet with options of ingredients and then they weigh your bowl at the end (like yogurtland) and charge you based on that.

All in all we were satisfied with our food.

Do NOT eat at this restaurant! Terrible service and zero responsibility!
I ordered takeout from this place, and it was a complete disaster. First, their soup was so hot that it melted the plastic lid, causing the soup to spill all over the bag. When I told them, they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution.

To make things worse, I ordered a hot pot, but because the soup had spilled, I basically ended up with a hot pot without any soup. And yet, they still wouldn’t admit their mistake or do anything about it. How does a restaurant mess up this badly and not even try to fix it? Absolutely unacceptable! If you don’t want to deal with poor quality food and terrible service, stay far away from this place!
