I recently visited Hot Pot Grill – Authentic Indian Cuisine, and it was an amazing experience! The food was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and truly felt authentic. This restaurant is an absolutely disappointing. Dirty,and the food looked nothing like the photos, tasted worse than cafeteria leftovers. When I walked in, restaurant was really diff from what I saw in review, i am not sure they are faking the review or not but this was a huge disappointment. Food quality was horrible, puri just broke every single time we tried to eat, no utensils, no sauce,no rice or no naan, as well as quantity is so small. And also Chole looked so bad..

Did I get cheated, or is this two portions of their channa masala???
When I ordered EXACT same orde from Made in India by Scandia I got TWO full containers of channa masala and the fried bread was much bigger too. The channa madala from here is much soupier too, less chixkpeas. Compared to other places on the area, I would not recommend this place

This is a small but also spacious restaurant which is very welcoming & clean. They have lots of tables for dine-in or take-out. You can get sweets or meals here. They have a large selection of dishes – both veggie and chicken. I got the butter chicken which was very fresh and flavourful! I just got the 1 dish to try the restaurant out but I will be back!

Kelowna Hot Pot on Asher Road in Rutland, Kelowna has quickly become our favourite take out restaurant. My husband likes it because it is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable (I am a foodie and not easily impressed)! The food we order is amazing. We have never been disappointed. We have recommended this wonderful place to numerous friends and family.

This place was very good and fabulous when it was ran by an older couple.I was a regular customer, then their kids took over and it went downhill. Now probably there is some new ownership or mgmt the food and service has gotten even worse. I order ordered 2 chole beaters but they sent only one in some kind of a large container. Taste was ridiculous and rasmalai was joke of a desert. Absolutely disgusting, tasteless and pure waste of money. I would suggest people to avoid this place and save some money.
