Honestly I never give reviews but this place was awful. The food was meh but the waitress was SO rude. My boyfriend and I came here yesterday to try something new. We came in excited and left irritated. We waited to get seated for about 10 minutes when there wasn’t many people there to begin with. When we finally sat down and got to order, we asked the waitress if there was anything pineapple in the food because my boyfriend has a SEVERE allergy and his throat will close if he has it. She was irritated that we even asked and rolled her eyes at us and said NO. Already off to a bad start.. We told her what broth and meats she wanted but then she proceeded to tell us what would be better and gave us something different than what we ordered. I wanted a lemonade and she said she wanted to give me the pink one instead. That was a minor annoyance but regardless, I wasn’t able to get what I wanted plus we asked for a refill and she didn’t want to give us another one so we asked for some water and she almost dropped it on us. Eventually we were told that we could grab whatever we wanted from the “all you can eat buffet” area. When we came back she told us that we grabbed way too much. She kept coming over to our table to tell us we put too much in the pot. When it came time to paying, she again proceeded to tell us that we had too much and charged us 10 extra extra dollars!! because she already told us we put too much and now they have to clean up what we didn’t eat she said it probably didn’t even taste good because of the amount of noodles there were. For reference I’m gonna add a picture for what we put in our pot. I would never recommend this place unless you want to be shamed for what you’re paying for

Hot Pot for Days is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious and customized soup. You can choose from a variety of broths, meats, and vegetables to create your own soup. The veggie bar has everything you could imagine, from mushrooms and jalapeños to seafood and meatballs. The broth is cooked on a stove top at your table, so you can watch your soup come to life. I loved the jasmine rice in my soup, but they also have noodles and ramen noodles if you prefer. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The parking was easy and the pricing was reasonable. I was very impressed with this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back and try other combinations. I would give it five stars and recommend it to anyone who loves soup.

Food was amazing and fresh! The hot pot ingredient bar was self serve, very clean and there were a ton of options. The bar had seafood, veggies, different noodle choices and sticky white rice on tap. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10! And at only $25 a person it is totally worth it!

The food is decent. I can’t say its excellent. I personally think it was kind of bland. We tried three different soup bases but it just wasn’t as good as the other ones I have tried. The vegetable and seafood selection were okay. They were neatly organized and clean. There was no rice and the cooker was never refilled. The noodles were good. They had three different types you can choose from. The drinks were good but very little quantity. Most of it was ice.
The place looked like your typical vietnamese restaurant. It was fancy looking except for the random multicolored christmas lights. The place was kind of falling apart with some broken chairs and wires just dangling underneath the tables. It also smelled a bit funky. Like the tables were not cleaned properly after something spilled a week ago kind of smell. I am a bit sensitive to smells. It did not help with my appetite.
The service was okay though probably since there were only a few of us there. They only have two staffs so its probably why service was bad for others who went during peak hours. Its also kind of weird that the lady would always check out how much people would get from the seafood and vegetable section like she was heavily judging us for getting a lot. We were only asked once if we wanted refills on the meat.
Overall, I don’t think it was worth it for the price. I will move on and try other places instead.

You get a great amount for what you pay. Some of the veggies were not the freshest. The price was a great value and awesome variety. Pretty simple menu but something for all. Truly the main reason I had 4 stars was the bathrooms are in terrible condition, smelled horrible, not up kept, and they didn’t even have toilet paper. Bathroom need an immediate update and remodel with more frequent cleaning.

We came here to celebrate a birthday. I was going to order the vegetarian broth, but the server advised to try the one above it on the menu (I forget what it’s called) She said it is also vegetarian and we would like it better. I don’t know what the other broth is like, but the one she recommended was really delicious. There’s plenty of options for vegetarians. I was originally worried that I wouldn’t find anything, but most of the options at the bar are vegetables!

This place Has cheap dehydrated noodles. Never been to a hot pot place. That does not have corn. Getting seconds on meat was a challenge. Meat quality was mediocre We set a table 13 and it is super super slow to heat They missed the concept of “ HOT” POT. The food had great flavors, I ordered the Tum Yum broth and got pork belly with brisket. Everything taste great and it had a bar with many fresh veggies and noodles. Unfortunately the lady we had as a server did not check in to see if we wanted any more meats, it made us feel as if she was avoiding us. I wish we had better service and offered more meats, then it will be worth the price, I would not mind paying a 1/4 of what we paid for the meat and service given. Overall the food had great taste and the lady was polite just not attentive.

We come here all the way from Texas! Best hot pot place and the sauce she gives on the side is AMAZING she is the nicest woman ever and her son is so polite. She LOVES kids and the people claiming she’s rude obviously are the rude ones because she’s so sweet !
