I love coming to this restaurant. The food is healthy, tasty, and truly fulfilling. The portion sizes are incredibly generous; the bowls are so big and packed with everything you want that you might not even be able to finish it!
I especially appreciate the variety of ingredients to choose from, there’s something for everyone, even my baby, who absolutely loves the cilantro rice, chicken, cheese, queso, and sweet potato!
It’s such a relief not to stress about meals when we come here, one less worry for a busy mum!
And after eating, I can’t resist indulging in a couple (oops!) of their homemade cookies, they’re just too irresistible, and I can’t stop! The staff are always attentive, smiling, and friendly, which adds even more to our experience each time.
I always leave with just two words on my mind: FOOD COMA! Send a babysitter, because this mama is OUT!

The service at Hot Peppers was honestly the worst part of the entire visit. Staff were disorganized especially the female with big glasses latina decent she was the rudest employee because of her im not ever going back here., items were missing, and no one seemed to care enough to fix the mistakes. I arrived 730pm and was told I cant sit because the store was closing at 8pm. This establishment I have been coming too since it opened but not anymore this worker ruined it very disgusting attitude. The bowl was being slammed and thrown around barely any food in the bowl its very disgusting the service
When issues were brought up, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no accountability.
Good service can save mediocre food — but bad service guarantees a bad experience. Unfortunately, Hot Peppers failed in that department completely. I won’t be coming back.

I used to love this spot but quality has tanked recently. Haven’t had it in a while but I read some of the reviews saying portions are smaller and quality is worse so I decided to test it out.
Sad to say that it’s true. I used to be able to save enough of a bowl for a second meal, but now I could probably eat another half bowl after finishing the first one. I add a lot of options (almost all) into my bowl with double protein always and somehow the bowl was barely half full.
The prices have gone up but the food doesn’t look as good. Even through delivery it used to always look very fresh but it looks like a bowl of slop at this point. Really unfortunate because I used to be a huge fan and have recommended many people to try it out

Out of the three people who helped me one was friendly. The food was just okay, not very flavorful. Atmosphere looks nice but dark. Nachos were soggy. Never had a resturants charge me for a bag either.

The bowl I get now don’t even touch the line the portion is so small this the third time I’ve ordered and it’s this bad there’s no rice or black beans in the bowl. Idk if you currently have new hires but something need to be done about this I wanted to call the store but I didn’t find a phone number to call.

A great spot when you’re craving Mexican food and have a busy work schedule. The place is clean and has tables to sit and eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bowls have a good amount of food and you can add whatever you like to them. My favorite is the double protein bowl. Would have given this place 5 stars but there is never any steak meat during lunch as it seems to run out quick.

Great place! It’s like a halal chipotle but enhanced to an extent. I can’t recall if they have tofu as an option but since it’s halal I haven’t paid much attention.
They have a large variety of sauces and I believe 2-3 different chicken options. The concept is similar to chipotle again, it’s a burrito or a bowl. The employees are very nice, very welcoming. I appreciate the hospitality and the kind Service. It’s also super easy to take out and eat in your car peacefully and they’re very clean.

I’ve been coming here since this location opened when I was in college. The food has always been consistently good & fresh. The staff is always so nice & efficient. It’s always a meal that hits the spot. Love the honey chipotle chicken & mango verde sauce. A healthy & fresh meal that never disappoints
