Delicious and not expensive food. Everything we’ve tried was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend their dumplings and Pad Thai. Cucumber salad was good, but I would prefer a bigger chunks of cucumbers.
Service was friendly but could be quicker. When we came there, the place was empty, and we still had to wait for 5 minutes to get a menu.
Not disappointed and would highly recommend this place.

If you’re in the Vegas area and have not tried this place, you definitely need to. This mom and pop shop passed every single one of my expectations. The service here is second to none. And then the food… the edamame is extremely flavorful, the dumplings are all hand made to order and are DELICIOUS, and then there’s the tonkatsu ramen… this is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever eaten. The broth is rich and smooth, the pork is soft and flavorful and the noodles are cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough, how amazing this place is.

Got the pork dumplings and pork broth ramen with an extra egg, extra pork belly, crispy chicken and chili paste on the side.
The dumplings had a delicious filling, nice thin wrapper.
The ramen broth had a slight sweetness which was very nice and they didnt skimp on the garnish. Very high quality wavy noodles. The pork belly was perfectly cooked, slightly crispy outside but tender. The side of crispy chicken was also perfectly cooked and not overly breaded, good size chunks of chicken. The eggs were solid.
Tried the pad thai, chicken wings and thai iced tea
Very al dente noodles in the pad thai, sauce seasoned nicely, egg and chicken were cooked to perfection as well. Peanuts on the side is a good touch as I hate them stuck in my teeth.
Chicken wings were solid, good sauce, no broken bones
Very creamy and not too herby thai iced tea

Took a party of 10 in here and the waitstaff couldn’t have been more amazing to us. They were so fun! My customers had such an amazing time doing Saki Bombs, but the best part besides the waitstaff was the food. It was top notch Asian comfort food. Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. Do yourself a favor and go here! We will be back again and again. Thank you ladies!

My boyfriend and I ate at Hot Noods earlier this month, and we loved it. It’s a cute, family-owned restaurant inside El Cortez. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious, affordable, and generously portioned. Pictured: Brussels sprouts, veggie rolls, veggie ramen, and tonkotsu ramen. We definitely recommend it!

Hot Noods Noodle Bar is a great downtown Las Vegas stop when you’re craving something bold and comforting. Located right by Fremont Street inside the El Cortez area, it’s easy to pop in whether you’re bar hopping or just exploring downtown.
The noodle bowls are fully customizable, with chewy noodles, rich broths, and spice levels that actually let you control the heat. The flavors are well balanced — spicy without being overwhelming — and the noodles hold up all the way through the bowl.
The neon-heavy interior and modern design give it a fun downtown vibe without feeling forced, and service is quick and efficient. Open late on weekends, which makes it an easy late-night food option near Fremont Street.

Man oh man did this place blow me away!! Came here with my family as we were walking through the El Cortez and this place did not disappoint!! The service was immaculate, the decor was spot on and the food was nothing short of amazing. We all got a little bit of every thing but the showstopper for me had to be the Tonkatsu Ramen. The broth was rich but not too heavy. The pork literally melted in my mouth and all the toppings were a perfect edition. I’m looking forward to coming back again!!
