SEE PICTURES!!! So disappointed. Hair looking stuff in my garlic noodles. Seafood bag sauce was sweet like sugar, when we showed them the hair looking stuff in my food they tried to say it was from mussels or seaweed which none of my food even included. I orders a garlic noodle bowl with shrimp. I don’t know what this was in my middles but it completely made me lose my appetite I told the server I didn’t even want none of it anymore! The server was still trying to make me pay for noodles I refused to pay for with a hair ball substance in it, she took it to the back to examine or whatever I don’t even know but I do not recommend this place at all. We used to come here pre covid and they have horribly went down in service and food quality. I think they changed the recipe or something because the shrimp bag sauce was way too sweet.

I tried the garlic crab pasta & the étouffée. Both dishes had a small amount of spiciness that built over time. I enjoyed everything. The waiter was friendly, helpful with selecting entrees, and checked back often to make sure we were happy with our meals. I would visit again and recommend Hot n Juicy to others.

We used to like the place…but we stopped going for over 10 yrs… we have family in town, and they want to go hot and juicy despite we warned them the food quality.. they called and tried to place the order, they were told to go online … the staff told our family they can come in to order, it wouldn’t take long because they are not busy… if they are not busy. Then why can’t they take the order on the phone? Anyway, we picked up the order and ended up throwing them away because it didnt taste good.

You will get a bib and gloves to assist you in eating. I used the bib but not the gloves but this is a very messy but good meal. Plastic tablecloth and no dishes. I had the calamari for appetizer. Calamari can be bad if it’s rubbery but this was good and crispy. Had the 1 lb. of mussels and 1 lb. of crawfish(in the bag) option. Both items were good but as expected it’s a lot of work to get to the crawfish meat. The waitress also gave me bowl of sauce which was there homemade sauce made of butter ,garlic, peppers and other (she said) secret ingredients. Was really delicious with the crawfish.
Had the fried brownie for desert. Fluffy brownie wrapped in batter. Not the dense brownie texture and taste that’s more delicious.

Mario and his team were amazing. They let us dine for a party of 8 with 15 minutes left till closing time. They were never rushing us. They took thier time and not once told us that the kitchen is now closing instead They asked if wanted to order more after like 40 mins in. Amazing staff you guys have here at this location. Food was great customer service was way better.

If you’ve ever had Cap’t Loui, you will not like this place. All seafood comes in seperate bags unless you order a mix that has no substitutions. Food was cold, lacking flavor, and salty. Staff was nice and attentive. Place is way too expensive and not worth your money— if you’re looking for a good seafood boil, this is not the place.

I need one of these in Ohio because this place was amazing! I ordered the 1 lb of snow crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning and mild spice (should’ve gotten medium because mild wasn’t spicy enough for me) but it was a good food purchase. You’ll get about 6-7 legs of crab for the price but nonetheless a great place. Our servers were great the alcoholic drinks are STRONG. You won’t be disappointed coming here. When I move to Phoenix, I will be going there often. My friend had the friend catfish and she loved it. She’s allergic to shellfish so having something on the menu for her was nice. If you bring kids that don’t like fish, the also have wings as a non fish option too.

My wife and I were looking for a great seafood dinner. We found this location on Google. After reading the reviews I was inclined to order the fish and shrimp platter. When we arrived we discovered the menu had changed and we had to change our order. Because the fish and shrimp platter was no longer available, we decided to order both separate. The food was amazing. Both we’re seasoned perfectly and was piping hot. We ordered to go and eventually pulled over to eat the entire meal in the car (wasn’t planned). The entire meal was delicious and was enough for us to share. I look forward to returning and this time eating in the restaurant for comfort. I would definitely recommend this location.
