HotLime, is a craft taco and ceviche concept influenced by Miami’s diverse Latin cultures. High school friends, Chef Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos Padilla created HotLime after working 20+ years in Miami’s top dinning establishments. After testing their concept at Yellow Green Farmers Market in 2015 , the duo joined St. Roch Market Miami and plays an integral role in the Food Hall and helped achieve such accolades as winning Best Restaurant in Miami Design District/Midtown 2018. Now the duo will join the Sistrunk Market in Ft. Lauderdale in 2019.

Not bad but nothing memorable to make me want to come get these again. Chicken was the best of the 3. Pork was good with the pickled radish and the short rib was spicy. 6/10. $17 for 3 tacos with tip.

This was one of the worst food experiences of my life. The salsa had carbonation in it… seltzer water… I believe it was used to mask the age of the ingredients. The taco was flavorless and it was obvious all ingredients were old or canned. I would not recommend the vegan tacos to anyone.
The food market where this is located, is nice if you’d like to grab a drink but after this food experience, I wouldn’t recommend dining in.

Food hall is deafening loud between the music and people, even when not crowded.

Elote looked like canned corn was used.
Hot Lime bowl was good but again- dry.

Tried the classic ceviche and the chips and guacamole. Amazing!!! I actually ended up here after a failed uber eats experience with a Peruvian restaurant where the food never made it. My wife and I are so happy it turned out to be this way as we got to taste the best ceviche in South Florida! So flavorful and fresh and the guac and chips were also so delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pls cancel my order that I placed 35min ago. This is the 3rd time iv ordered from you guys & I’m the one having to call you 20min after the order was placed to remind you I placed an order.
I plan to leave a horrible review on Google as this is my 3rd bad experience in 1 week.
Cancel my order now & issue me a refund. Now!!
Sad part about this is that’s it’s now been an hr since placing my order and it has not been confirmed yet and it’s not ready.
Poor customer and when you call the restaurant today; the vm says I dnt listen to my voice mails; I only text. So sad but this is a restaurant now. Small businesses should try and go above and beyond for their customers bc without customers there wouldn’t be a restaurant.

Really great tacos! I had garlic shrimp, cochinito, and short rib. Short rib was my favorite, but they were all delish. Fast service.
