Yes go on and stop in at this location. Great staff good food. Today 2/22/26 at 1pm whoever was working the counter thank you for your kindness the smiles the great service. Food was hot and I was only in the store for less than 5 minutes. Kept great conversation going with me the whole time and left me with a keep warm and have a great day. 10 out of 10 recommend based on service. 10 out of 10 on food also such variety of flavors thanks to all the great add ins they have.

The lady at the counter was so amazing, we placed an online order and they were out of bottled water so she let my daughter pick out something else. She made small talk the whole time and as soon as we left my daughter said how nice she was. I didn’t catch her name but she was a little older with either dark or grey hair, can’t remember for sure.

The lady working was by herself when we arrived. She had a carry out order she was working on so we told her we were not in a hurry and go ahead and finish her order. In the mean time like ten other customers came in but she stayed friendly and got orders out fairly quickly and food was delicious

Kaitlyn is absolutely an asset. I call her the queen burrito roller due to her true skills on rolling a ridiculously large burrito the size of my face. She recommended the spicy sauce and I’m forever grateful for that introduction!! This is the weekly stop for lunch. Better than any other location I’ve been to. Thank you!!!

Honestly Im very annoyed with this stores website and doordash account. Ive tried to order multiple times this past week on both platforms for delivery. When I go to check out they say the store is closed, or there was an error, or only gives a delivery time option then says non of the times are available, and it resets my cart. Everytime ive called to see if the systems are down no one answers the phone. If you’re going to offer delivery services through your website or a third party it shouldn’t be down 3 days of the week. You’re going to miss out on revenue that way and end up with annoyed customers or ones that do not bother with your business anymore. Ive ordered online a lot from here and never had as many issues as I have this week. Please work on your systems and answer the phone, that is an important part of customer service. This is the only place I can treat myself to that fits my dietary needs, so its very disappointing when their systems fail and workers wont answer the phone to answer a simple question so I can change my break time and come in instead of ordering online.

Here’s the 2nd part to my review, last time we covered Kaitlyn, this time we got jack, my man jacks pretty quiet sometimes but he’s just a big bear who makes a mean buritto bowl that will knock your socks off, never had any issues with any bowl ive ever gotten from him, he’s always on the ball and knows what he’s doing, cant thank him enough for coming through everyday with a bowl, he’s always got somrthing funny to say and no matter what, he’s one of those people who if i see working, is one of the few I trust making my food, keep it up jack, and we appreciate both of you

As someone who has spent their life in the food service industry, Kaitlyn was a shining example of customer service, and has seen me make at least 25 return visits.
While it wouldnt be difficult to find another restaurant in proximity to hot head, you would be hard pressed to find locations with excellent staff like hot head.
Hot head will certainly see me return time and time again for quality service, and quality food for years to come.
