Food is always consistent whether you go through the drive thru or carry out. Staff is super nice. The staff and restaurant is like “A breath of fresh air” compared to Chipotle on Bechtle Ave. if you have to choose between the two, this location will not leave you disappointed like Chipotle.

Got lunch to go today from this restaurant. The store was very clean looking inside and the staff was friendly and engaging during the ordering process. I got the little burrito bowl. I thought I got a sizable portion for the cost. I ordered the chicken with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico, cilantro, and a little cheese. The veggies tasted fresh. The chicken had a good spice blend. Overall the taste of all the ingredients were spot on with no disappointment. I will be back.

Oh my gosh this place is expensive. They want to charge you a 1.50 to add queso to any entree. That’s silly. Other than the price, the food tasted good. The employees were nice and attentive.

Both ladies at the front did not have hair pulled back or hats/hair nets on. In the food business, that’s terrible. I was going to dine in, but the TV’s were off and the music was off, only having loud, adult-themed rap music as my choice playing from the kitchen, so I got food to go. This used to be my favorite restaurant on Derr Road, now I don’t know as I was shocked with the mismanagement. I was in there Monday, November 28 at about 6:15pm.

I tried to order online to ensure quality but online site was down for this location. So my wife ordered at the drive through window. She got home and they totally messed the order up. For some very strange reason they placed a burrito in my wife’s bowl. My wife just got off working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and she said she’ll never return. I want all small business to win and be successful but as associates at restaurants we need to take pride in what we do. She asked for double meat and she said it was double everything but the chicken. Just a embarrassing moment for a potentially great burrito place for North Springfield. We don’t even live around there. It’s just a place on the way Home. We live another 20 minutes north of this location. But anyway! Let the team working tonight know they dropped the ball.
