Always have a good experience here. Staff is always nice. On this last visit they discounted my 8yo kid’s meal even though she didn’t order the regular kids meals. Place is always clean and they seem to cook fresh food regularly. You can see the grills from the line. I often make use of coupons, gift cards, app and special offers and the staff is always very patient with me.

I usually choose chipotle over hot head, but I have to say that the customer service and food are always on point. The variety of sauces makes it easy to choose hothead restaurant as my choice, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming! The staff are always friendly and well the food is amazing!! Great job! My littles really enjoyed their little bowls.

I just came in this location to have some lunch. I ordered my food and I forgot a side of veggies so I went back up to get them and I was I was walking up. I seen the gentleman picking his nose. I mean his finger was all up in his nose. Of course I said I hope you’re gonna go wash your hands from just digging in your nose. he smiled and started laughing at me, then handed me my cup with the same hand he was digging in his nose with. Save your money and got to El Tore Express next to Dunkin Donuts at the top of the hill on 741. I ordered a bowl and asked for no rice. The amount of beans, veggies, chicken, and pico was a joke. I ordered the full bowl and not the small and couldn’t imagine what a small would have looked like. I ordered this from there over a month ago and was reminded how terrible it was when I went to El Toro and ordered the same thing and couldn’t barely finish it. El Toro’s got them beat when it comes to freshness, quality and quantity.

The place has gone downhill recently. I stopped going a while back because of exactly what is pictured. This visit was no different. I ordered just as many items in my bowl and just look at the difference in portion. All I did was mix mine. This is a ripoff and completely unacceptable. This location is a great place. I’ve been going here for practically 5 years straight. Once or twice I’ve meet the owner and he’s a great guy. There are a couple people here who have been working for a while now and they’re great. One issue though is they frequently hire family and those workers tend to be slower and very bad on portions. Overall great location and great food. Just try to train these employees!
