Wish I could rate it higher, but for a year ive only ordered 1 thing and it continues to get messed up. The big cheezy double beef burrito. Comes toasted, but rarely does it ever get toasted. I often end up toasting it at home. Quite a few times I got a completely cold burrito, where the cheese inside and meat was ice cold. I’m always early for pickup so it never makes sense. I always add queso so for an over $8 burrito.. I think im done with this location. Failed me far too many times.

You know everything was really good but somehow I didn’t get my Mexican rice on both bowls I ordered. I liked the hot head sauce but there was a little too much on there, maybe because the rice was missing.

Love the employees but hate seeing such a great place slowly destroy itself. Weighing cheese on a scale is bad enough now they shrunk the bowls and made a rice fill line for the cheapest food item on the planet (rice). And all while chipotle is getting slammed for portions hot head does this. I usually eat here 3 or 4 times a week and I think I’ll stop untill companies stop with the shrinkflation and learn to listen to customers. I’d rather the price go up a dollar than shrinking everything. And it seems they may have said something about how many chips they give as well because last three times it’s been ridiculous on the bags of ships. I ripped off 3/4 of the bag and there’s about 15 chips in the bottom of the bag I’ve had 100s of bags and it’s never been like this

Completely mis made my food, most the burrito was sauce when I said just a small amount of it. Jalapeños and sour cream I didn’t order. Usually they’re pretty good but I won’t be going back, terrible service this time.

They served horrible tasting food. The jalapenos tasted metallic and bad which ruined the whole dish. Horrible looking equipment which is not a good sign of attention to detail. Will avoid this location.
