They get 2 stars only because my past experiences were fine. Today I was given food that was definitely spoiled. I could tell as soon as I drove away with it in my car the smell was way off it smelled bad. Still decided to give it a try but I couldn’t finish my food it was so bad, something in my bowl was bad. I had been to this location before many times and never had this issue, the only problem I had there was they frequently do not have onions peppers and squash veggies. I am disappointed and will not be back in a very long time unfortunately.

$50 for 3 bowls and 1 cup of queso. The chicken bowls had no more than 1 tbsp of chicken. The fajita vegie bowl had three thinly sliced onions. Thats is it, no joke. Each bowl has about 8 beans. The rest of the bowl is rice that is not even fully cooked. I think they forgot the pico, because there isnt a tomato to be seen. Absolute trash, you had 1 job. If you cant cook rice fully what are you doing running a burrito shop?

Finally a hothead without the dreaded cheese scale. Kim W was wonderful, made my 14 dollar burrito feel like a 14 dollar burrito. She even asked if the extra rice was extra enough. 11/10

Wow. Im really impressed! The only thing I’d change is the employees could work on smiling more. but they are kind and the food was clean fresh hot and better than any hothead visit I’ve ever had! This is a good place to hit the spot for a pregnancy craving!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hot head.
The lady that was serving us was super skimpy on everything. Even the lettuce!!
I would say a little more on everything, but she just looked at me. Then she didn’t give us forks.
I will never come back.

Food is always good when I dine in. The store layout is pretty awkward especially at lunch rush and you have to squeeze by people. That’s my only complaint though.

So, this is normally my spot that I go to. I stopped going to Chipotle because of the service and the lack of ingredients. So I started coming here and even though I have to go in I never minded it because of the fact that they usually always have what I want and it’s really good and fresh. In the store smells really clean. But today I walked in and there were two workers in there and the lot was completely empty nobody was there, nobody was there, I had went to McDonald’s first which is only a few minutes away from the Hot Heads to get my kids food, and then came back to get my food and when I got there they didn’t have any fajita veggies, which is really confusing considering there was two people in there and there was absolutely no traffic at all. It was completely dead. So it made me wonder what those two are doing in there or what they have been doing to where they couldn’t throw a pan of veggies on to the oven within that at least that 6 Minute time frame that I went to the McDonald’s and came back, the first time it happened I never said anything about it but this time because of how dead the outside and inside were and the fact that they had two employees standing there and kind of irked me a little bit so I decided to leave a review on that one. If you don’t have any customers and there’s nothing going on in your store you should be able to throw some veggies on a pan

The online ordering process was very efficient. The food was ready when they said it would be ready. A thoroughly professional operation!

Never left a negative review before for a business but I’m doing this mostly to warn others from making the mistake I made. I went here to get nachos…just wanted chicken and bean nachos and that was it.
I ordered the meal and imagine my surprise when the worker scoops out ‘chips’ that are literally Tostito Rounds chips just like you buy at the store in bags. I wasn’t expecting a ‘made fresh here daily’ scenario but yeah, make your own chips, they’re super quick and easy and you’re a mexican restaurant supposedly.
The chicken is cubed and not shredded, which just doesn’t work on nachos but that’s just a personal opinion. The chicken cubes were room temperature as were the beans. The cheese isn’t that fancy type of super light and fluffy cheese, it’s the big, heavy clunky cheese and my options were: White cheese or orange cheese. What types of cheese they were I have no idea but I know what color the cheese is.
So in summary, smaller bowl, a handful of store-bought Tostito chips, lukewarm cubed chicken and lukewarm beans covered in heavy, white chunky shredded cheese. I paid $12+ for that…worth no more than $5 on a good day. A GOOD day.
Right across the street up Dorothy, there is a real mexican restaurant where you can get nachos for less and they make the chips fresh daily and slow cook the chicken where it falls apart and your order comes with free chips and salsa.. For LESS than Hot Head. True story. I didn’t know that when I went to Hot Head but now you know too.
