The food was fresh and delicious and the staff that served us were very friendly. Especially the younger brown haired girl with blonde highlights who I believe is one of the managers, was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Just left this location, the cashier can’t do basic math and shorted me 10 dollars, I gave her a 50 … I came back to the register to inform her of her mistake and she snapped at ME and said “ we don’t even take 50s and Handed me it back with a attitude. Luckily I had exact change so she didn’t have to count or anything I’ll be calling corporate and won’t be back at this location. Get some manners and maybe go back

Working in a restaurant scene almost my whole life I understand the struggles and the problems you may go through. Unfortunately there’s just this displeasing moment when I walk in store and see certain management. We used to love going to Hot Head. We don’t dine in any more when we do go. There’s a young lady I believe is a manager. Is constantly rude and is not afraid to let it show, she’s not happy you’re walking in. Food is still good as I will always enjoy Hot Head and their sauces. I am going to start driving to a different location due to the lack of customer service I receive when I go in. It’s unfortunate this person can only put on their customer service when higher ups come in. Looking forward to hopefully coming back when she’s gone or has had a change in customer service.
