Food was hot and delicious the value meal is a great price. The manager was very kind and sweet. I had an issue last week with my door dash getting stolen and canceled. My coupon wouldn’t work they tried to give me. She was able to give me the discount. The staff was all very friendly. I asked for a broom to clean the mess up from my 16 month old and they said they would get it. Everyone working today was very kind and had smiles that wete contagious.

This was my first experience having Hot Head. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch bowl, which was so darn good. I will definitely be going there again. The peppers did an amazing job and you get a great bang for for buck. The portions are incredible.

Don’t go there today. They are giving half portions when asked told sorry im new thats how it is ask for extra offer to pay be told no. On every topping. Lettuce is brown steak is burnt and dont get me started on them double charging and then saying sorry it was computer have to wait 30 minutes for a manager when asking about corporate number to complain had my receipt took out of bag so I couldn’t call. I am a paying customer and you staff treated me like shit setting rotten food brown lettuce and when ask for better or different told no you have to use the bad first. Should have just went somewhere else. If this is not made right I will never eat this location again. Every single time something happens. Do better. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life as the general manager and last time I checked customer was right and if they ask for me even willing to pay for it you give it to them. If I get sick from bad food after this I’ll contact health department

I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, called several days to talk to someone directly and received a voicemail telling them I needed to send an email, so I’m just going to drop this here.

A couple Sundays back, after I had gotten done with work (I work with decedents, but this case was particularly sad) I called my husband after work and offered to get dinner on the way home. I have all the pics/screenshots for when I was going to talk to corporate but since they prefer for me to type it out, here goes:

I placed my order online at about 6 PM and the status said to give them 20 minutes… fine by me! I went through Starbucks next door to kill time and got gas before picking it up at about 6:30. When I got there, BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, I walked into a small rush so I waited in line for another 10 minutes to get my food and by the time it was my turn, I said I had a to go order. They hadn’t even touched the receipt. I ordered 2 smothered burritos and the worker was actually very pleasant at that time and mentioned they had an accident with the queso so they needed another 10 minutes.. still, fine by me! I told her I was gonna run to Kroger to get something while I waited and that’s just what I did.

I came back, got my food and went home.. so an order that told me 20 minutes took about an hour at this point but I was still fine.. pleasantly said “accidents happen” and smiled and went on my way.

I STILL don’t care.. what upset me was the fact that when I got home, once my husband cut open his burrito, we realized they messed up the order. The receipt even stated pinto beans and they used black. I called back to ask if I could fix this on another day because at this point I waited and hour the first time and ironically chose to grab dinner on the way home because I was already exhausted, and they told me I would have to bring the food back with the receipt and prove they messed up and that their policy said that if over 50 or 75% was eaten, they won’t fix it.. which does make sense. I assured her it was not eaten but asked if I could put it in the fridge and take care of it the next day and it was a clear no.

I wasn’t about to drive 15 minutes back and play this game all over again and then drive back home again when i had to wait the first time around and at this point, it’s not even “fast food.

Cherry on top of the cake was the little blonde hair I found in my food, which actually matched the workers hair. I’m Asian with long dark brown hair so the math there is pretty easy.

I’m a regular here and usually don’t have any problems. I think it should be brought to the attention of the managers though that today I saw a new lady with pink hair I had never seen before. She was eating food with her gloves on and didn’t bother changing gloves before taking my order. Then instead of just taking my order like usual, she seemed surprised that I would order the way I do. Whole interaction seemed weird and she needs to be trained on food safety

I have to be honest , I drive all the way from down the road and skip the hot head by the college to come here cause I don’t get much on my food and they don’t charge me a lot of sauce, but I just had to leave there today , cause the portion control is the worse I have ever seen there , they give you what u get a small bowl , even if you get a big bowl , I get it every one has to make money , but don’t spit in my face and call it rain , I wish people would just raise there prices and do like they use to cause I’m now back not having a hot heat to eat , other wise
