I had been to this location before and had no complaints, however my experience was not as good this time around, despite no other customers present. I had a buy one get one free coupon this time, which I used to buy 2 barbacoa bowls for lunch.
I like a lot of stuff in mine and ordered my usual: rice, beans, barbacoa, fajita veggies, drizzle of hot sauce, lime juice, cilantro, pico, corn salsa and salsa verde, lettuce, cheese blend. I don’t always order guacamole, but I chose to this time. The employee making my bowl put 2 scoops of guacamole on it, but one fell off. She wiped up the counter but didn’t bother giving me a new second scoop. Kind of off-putting when guacamole is an up-charge and the scoops are small. I didn’t want to be that person, so I let it slide.
The other bowl was for a spice sensitive person, so just rice, barbacoa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, and that one had no issues.
My bowl tasted ok until I was almost halfway through and found a paper label in it. Employees apologized as expected and did remake my bowl. I skipped the pico since it was obviously contaminated, and I wasn’t offered any fresh pico either. This time I again only got a single scoop of guacamole. I didn’t want to be that person, and it was a replacement anyway, so I didn’t comment.
Next time I will think twice before coming here, and if I do, I won’t bother with guacamole.

My coworkers and I have been ordering tacos from this hot heads location every Tuesday since the one near Canfield closed. Every week our order has been wrong and has had to be remade, yet we still continue to order to give them a chance…that is until today. We ordered like usual and one of my coworkers went to retrieve the order. When she arrived back at the office we noticed one of our coworkers orders was not in the bag. She then called and talked to Quinn who kept insisting the order was handed off and accused our coworker of stealing the food. Quinn, who is a manager she stated, kept insisting we were lying and refused to remake the order. Our coworker had no lunch and had already paid for the order. after arguing with her our coworker decided it was not worth the fight she decided to go to a different establishment and get lunch. on her way back she received a call from Quinn stating they found her order and would remake it for free. Free??? It was paid for and never received!!!! Our taco Tuesday that we always looked forward to is now ruined and we will never be visiting this location again!!!!! I cannot believe a manager would speak to someone, especially a paying customer the way she did!!!!!!!

Hot Head is quickly becoming one of my favorite places for lunch. I find the flexibility to customize a burrito or a bowl to be a real plus for this restaurant chain. The food is consistent, hot (heat), and can be a spicy or mild as you like. With apologies to Emeril Lagasse, I wish they had the ability to kick it up a notch, but will have to live with this minor spice disappointment. While you are there, grab yourself one of their points / rewards card. And watch the size of those burritos. As you can see in the picture, they get very big very quickly.

Went in order 3 bowls got home less then 8 minutes and all three bowls are ice cold! Rice meat I hope we don’t get sick ! I called the store to let them know they need to check the temperatures on the line because there no way anything is turned on the girl making my bowls was nice but food was really cold really unfortunate because I normally love hotheads!

Rating as a door dasher. This location does not stay on top of their door dash tickets. Had a long print of many dor dash tickets. The response was “oh okay” when I arrived and told them the name. Because she had to look through all the orders that printed out. Very unorganized… bigly it’s huuuuuuge.

food is good. but we got a regular sized bowl as well as the “mini-sized” bowl. somehow, we spent over $20 with no drinks or add-ons. can get two regular sized bowls for cheaper at chipotle.
