This burrito bowl was MASSIVE! (I was able to get 3 meals out of this one bowl). I absolutely loved it! So many different topping options you can add. I ordered online and my order was ready once I arrived. Very nice employees and great service! I added a lot of stuff to my bowl and it all seemed to be on there so I really appreciate that! The burrito bowl was also gluten free which was very good for me! I would definitely stop by here again in the future!!

Hotheads has always been superior to chipotle in my opinion. I love all the sauces and fresh ingredients. It’s unfortunate though because you rarely get fresh, hot food anymore. The main reason for my one star review though is because of the terrible customer service at this location. I went in and a young man made my bowl, he made me feel like I ruined his life by coming in. I will never visit this location again.

Whoever had the brilliant idea to offer a free Abrazo Fish Taco to all Strongsville Hot Head Burrito Fans this week – is a GENIUS! When I first saw Fish Tacos on your menu I figured it was a desparate cry for marketshare. I mean, Hot Heads is a burrito place – end of story. But hey, I’m not going to pass up free food, so last night I stopped by Jersey Mike’s on Pearl Road and then grabbed my free Abrazo Fish Taco – and was BLOWN AWAY!!! It was off-the-chart amazing and I would have NEVER tried it if it wasn’t free. Bottom Line: For $5 I can get a fish taco superior to ther other options here in Strongsville that go for $10-$15. I’m hooked!

This Hot Heads location has the WORST quality of ingredients compared to any other Hot Heads, Chipotle, or Taqueria I have ever been to. I ordered and had this delivered to me on DoorDash, and when I got my food I immediately threw it away after looking at it. My guacamole was almost entirely brown, the lettuce was also wilted and brown, and the banana peppers must’ve been so old because they were mushy and the insides were forming into a dark and chunky emulsification.
So thank you, Hot Heads on Pearl. I hope you enjoyed making $12 off of your waste instead of throwing it out like you should have. Maybe you can use it towards purchasing some non-expired produce so this doesn’t happen again.

me and my boyfriend went to this location after getting off from work and i have to say this was the worst experience we’ve ever had.
for starters, we did go in close to them closing but it was still 30 minutes prior so we didn’t think it’d be a big deal. apparently it was for the employees, though. the guy making our order had asked me something, but i didn’t hear him and when he had to repeat himself he seemed to have an attitude about it. after i told him what else i wanted he then either forgot what i said or wasn’t listening over his attitude because he almost put the wrong things on my bowl and it was the same when he got to my boyfriends as well. then to top it off, my boyfriend asked for taco sauce and after the guy looked at multiple bottles he ended up putting barbecue instead. my boyfriend didn’t wanna say anything though just because he didn’t wanna cause more of a fuss with the employee. once it was time for me to pay, the other guy who was supposed to be working the register seemed to be on his phone and incredibly out of it to the point where the guy who made our order had to come over and do it for him because he wasn’t paying any attention.
all that just for our food to be cold/somewhat frozen and completely unappealing to eat.

Dry food and burritos rude customer service from the little boy and girl working together then they thought I was gonna run off with a tray when me and my friend paid for separate food AND THEY PUT IT ON THE SAME TRAY. That’s on them for assuming.
