Great place, food was delicious, I had the opportunity to make my own bowl, and I was able to taste every single thing that was in my bowl, it blended perfectly, the individuals who were working, were very nice and respectful, they didn’t rush me while I was picking my toppings, And I told one of the workers that it was my first time at Hot heads, and he told me basically they’re like Chipotle’s except the only difference is they have more toppings and their flavor bursts more, he was giving me options telling me what sounded good or would be good on my toppings, it was nice. Respectful, decent, and he allowed me to take my time in choosing. I can’t say anything better than five stars all the way around.

Dark meat, glistening, slow-cooked like it had been waiting for me.
I braced myself.

Nice clean place. Food is good too. Right on the Maple Avenue. Staff is friendly and polite. I would like to visit again and again. The staff over here maintained cleanliness. Also they were fast enough. I saw one of their guy kept cleaning the work station. It is impressive during this pandemic time.

Just was introduced to this place and today made my 4th visit, last time going. If Ciara makes your bowl you can expect to be underserved and over charged, she’ll charge extra for zucchini, onions, and cheese and skimps on the chicken even though you pay for extra. Lastly, poor customer service with free attitude.
