My go-to for mexican food, probably the best chain for fresh and real ingredients. A joy and an honor to eat for lunch and gladly doing over and over again for the rest of my life. I can not thank this establishment enough for their generous service and never messing up my order. The food is amazing and I can not praise it enough. 5 stars!

Incompetence is not the only disease here. There’s a chance you’ll get an “uhm hello” when you call, not to mention your food wont be ready if you order it ahead of time, just get in line at the store if you want your food in a timely manner. It will never be the same twice, this time I got 80% rice and 2 nibblets of chicken, sometimes its 80% chicken soaking wet in grease. Sometimes its cut to mutilation sometimes its not cut at all, rarely is it a generous portion and if it is its cartoonish and sloppy like the manners of the employees, they are definitely “something” headed burritos. They should rebrand as richard head burritos. Taco bell is 3 feet down the road and not 20 bucks for what is essentially a stomach attacking crap experience. Just skip this spot dude trust me.

My husband loved his barbacoa burrito with the Cheetos/Doritos toppers. It’s a bit gimmicky and does very little to add to the flavor or even texture of the food (it gets mushy anyways once mixed in/piled in with everything else). I got the chicken bowl and it was just mid, not that good, not that bad. Staff was very nice!

We were hesitant to come here because no one has talked about this place but we wanted something new and this did not disappoint! The meat was so tender and yummy and everything just came together perfectly. The young lady with the cool hair helped us and she needs a promotion; she’s so nice!

My husband and I went to the Alliance location and he always gets a burrito and I get the small ones but get it in a bowl, 2 different workers did our order and even though their selections are many, there was only a smidgen of meat on my hubbys- mine seemed to have about the same amount. And we both get the queso added they charge the same price even though I got the small bowl. We also get the queso dip and chips- they used to give a decent amount of chips and the last 3 times we got the chips and queso we ran out of chips before we ran out of queso- Hardly worth $30
There’s plenty of other choices in Alliance that we’ll try!

Not the most welcome place. Food was not tasty, it was cold. The guacamole tasted sour. Meat was serve cold like the rest of the stuff. The server pour lots of habanero hot sauce, knowingly how hot it is. Luckily for me I enjoy hot sauce, but anyone else, like most of my friends would of probably thrown it out. Very bad move on the server, I knew what he was doing but I didn’t say nothing. And that’s how I like to do my reviews. You’ll get what you deserve as far as review/opinion. I probably will not come back to this place. Training needed. And better food.

Not good. Good was honestly terrible. $16 for a poorly made burrito and a flat soda. I kept forcing myself to eat it because of the money spent but didn’t end up finishing it. I’ve had better food at a Taco Bell…

The manager of this location was phenomenal. I had an issue with my online order and after it went through she had it ready within minutes. A promotion is warranted immediately. The staff there is top notch and always customer oriented.

For the price, they’re very stingy with the portions. They don’t try to fill the bowl at all. I understand being stingy with maybe the protein, but at least be generous with the rice or something. I’m a small person and I didn’t find the bowl filling at all. Disappointed.

Solid choice when in Windsor Locks. Not your authentic Mexican cuisine. The vibe is a mom and pop version of a Chipotle or Moes. I work in the area and would get this for dinner a couple of times a month.
No complaints here!n
