staff friendly, chicken burrito protein serving portion on the light, the lettuce looked to be a day old, lacked favor overall. the burrito was not heated, just the wrap and it was not warm. over priced… i failed to ask the price… the chips came with no dip, nor was a dripped offered.

I went in there 15 mins ago. My sister and I ordered 2 beef tacos. My sister taste mine before eating, her own because I said I didnt like the way the meat taste. We went to the clerk and ask if we could just get a new taco with different meat. The clerk started making a fuss and stated she will not make a new one. We asked for the manager, she proceeded to call the manager and walk away while saying im not making them one and then called the cops. OVER A TACO. YOU CALL THE COPS OVER A TACO. This is crazy. All we wanted was a different taco with different meat. This is how you treat your customers. And not to mention we tipped the. For what to be treated this way. Wow.

I am dissapointed with my visit today at this location. I just started going to hot Harry’s within the last 2 weeks and I really regretted going and spending $15 on a classic griller today because it legitimately was basically all rice, a little cheese and sour cream… the store was very busy, which I get happens. The staff were working hard and were nice. But I think being busy really made everyone scramble a lot causing some mishaps. Orders were getting mixed up or wrong. The wait was 20+ minutes and I was 3rd in line. I ordered a griller but they made a burrito and had to remake it once I caught on that they had made the wrong item and they did quickly scrambled to remake it however scrambling and havi multiple people handle one order, caused it to have no salsa, no lettuce, no sauce that I requested (which I did catch the no sauce part and the cashier gave me a to go cup with that) but there also was almost no chicken, no beans… it was just basically a rice and cheese wrap with some sour cream… for $15… it was an absolute waste of my money and my time as the wait was so long. I was fine with the wait I was patient and in no rush, but to then end up with that for my food as the outcome and having wasted $15 on it was very disappointing. I’m glad I caught that they atleast didn’t add the hot sauce I asked for because without that cup of it, the griller wouldn’t have been edible. It saved it enough to just eat as I was starving and at this time of day didn’t have time to go find another option for dinner and waste more money. I did take a picture of my griller to post but I don’t see an option for that..

The service here was really impressive. It was our first time visiting and the young men behind the counter were happy to guide us through the options. We shared a ‘spicy chicken’ supreme burrito and were super happy with our choice. Lots of tasty fillings! Oddly, this was one place where the actual food looked more appetizing than the photos. We look forward to returning. Well done!

I HIGHLY recommend this Hot Harry’s honestly out of all of them. Chris & crew are fabulous, work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied & have the best customer service. My food always taste so great. It is definitely 1,000% is my comfort food and am in here multiple times a week for dinner after a long day or quick lunch stop. I have gotten just about everything off the menu and am so happy with it all.
After what I witnessed staff go through tonight was absolutely sad and absurd. The three gentlemen on tonight handled late-night rush with an angry customer so well but I definitely had an issue with how they were being treated by her after trying to make it right. All for a little brown from the grill on the bottom of her crunch wrap. I was highly disgusted in her behavior & felt terrible for the employees. They are awesome & such a power crew, keep up the great work.

Only get to Pittsfield every 2 to 3 weeks but this is my must have after !! Food is great but the people working there are ALWAYS friendly and kind and do whatever they can to make your order exactly the way you ask.

I have gotten food from this location and the one on north street many many times before, however this Tuesday (6/3/24) I experienced outstanding customer service. We were served by Connor and Brendon and came in within 5 minutes of them closing. Not only were they able to accommodate us so close to closing time, but they were extremely friendly and more than happy to serve us. You will not be mistaken coming here, and they also have great food.

The team that was working on Wednesday, January 31st was wonderful. They were busy but worked very well together. The man in charge, with a black hat and some facial hair, greeted everyone at the door as soon as you walked in. It was refreshing to get that type of customer service in a Fast Casual restaurant. Food was great and keep up the excellent customer service!

I always get nachos when I come here. So good! Beef is fresh, generous with the cheese. Delicious. Most importantly tho is they are so nice. Polite, smiles, helpful, engaging. It’s nice to talk to them and have them respond politely. Employees are a huge part of the business. Thank you to the employees.
