We payed in full and received no service after! They are rude and condescending when you call. Gave a huge list of what was wrong and they want us to pay $100 an hour for the horrible job done! Sharp edges, burner handles on wrong, can’t adjust flame properly. The book given is no help! No book on hot water heater, bought sneeze guard it melted. All we get told is we did something wrong and want us to pay them to fix the horrible equipment.!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
