The owner Mrs Rikki is awesome! She resolved an issue that I and my nephew had last week. She was very understanding and gave an sincere apology. She really appreciate her guests and she went far and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied. Excellent food and even better customer service! I recommend Hot Juicy to everyone who likes good food and good vibes! Thank you so much Mrs. Nikki! I will be seeing you again shortly!

I’ve eaten here several times before but never paid more than $13.00 for the burger fries and 5 wings combo (they added drinks on which is an extra 1.80). However, tonight I called in this order x2 and the total was 36.50. Needless to say, I was perplexed! I just knew it she said 26.50. I looked at the when I got there and the menu that they have posted on the counter 12.99 + 1.79 per drink and yes the price had gone up (from the price listed here 11.99 + 1.79 per drink) there was no way I was paying 16.50 sorry. I say all this to say please update your prices online and on the counter to match the price you a ringing up. THANKS!

I spoke to the owner Mrs. Rikki about the incident that happened last week. She apologized and resolved the issue. She was very apologetic, nice, and sympathetic about what happened. I will definitely have my friends and family to eat there because of excellent customer service!. Thanks Mrs Rikki!

Very disrespectful “manager ” she hung up when I politely called to inform her that my order is messed up. I even tipped her . She gave me the wrong flavor I was missing items and she expected me to drive 45 minutes back over there when they are closing and when I requested her boss she hung up and said they won’t do nothing . Very poor way to run a business I was not trying to scam or be inconvenienced for supporting this business for the first and last time . She was distracted and messed up and instead of being accountable she decided to be very unprofessional . I will be back up there when I am available to settle this . Definitely regret tipping for poor unprofessional service .

Food is great. Customer service is wonderful …..Leah, who took care of us was pleasant, and real. Its great to come in an establishment and be greated with the best customer service and I work in customer service. The atmosphere is quite and quaint.

Forgot to take pics of the food because I was starving but the food was delicious. Crab boil was seasoned well, wings were great and not tiny like most places and the chicken tenders taste exactly like chicken wings you would get at a Chinese spot. (That’s a good thing!) The restaurant was clean and I though the little robot that brings your food was pretty cool.

First time here & customer service was great. The wings are a good size & the fries were good. My kids loved their food. They had 2 pc tilapia meal, Philly w/fries & tenders w/fries. I had the gyro, wings & fries. Everything was good except the fact they they decided to put old lettuce on my gyro. I threw it away so that’s basically a waste of money. They could have just said they were out of lettuce and I would have been ok with that.

Hubby & I stopped in for the first time today. The service and food were delicious! Well seasoned and flavorful. I got shrimp and crawfish. Hubby got snow crab legs and shrimp. Good portions for the price. Even had a fancy little robot that delivered our food. Too bad we aren’t locals! We will definitely stop in again if we are in the area!
