Honestly I work right up the street. I ended up stopping by with my girlfriend on a lunch date. Service was immaculate. Food was better than i could imagine. Plus, I had a good date. If you’re in walled lake try this spot. 10/10

It was a great experience, Rich walked us though everything about the establishment, he was friendly kind and my personal opinion be a spokesman for the company. He took his time to answer any questions that we had. My wife and I had a great experience, what made even better Rich told us we’re getting. Hot Chix in the Trenton/Woodhaven area – highly recommend – My wife had the Nashville sliders with the to die for mac&cheese. I had the chicken tenders meal with fries the portions were generous enough to get 2 meals for myself – thx Rich

I originally gave this Hot Chicken location a 5-star review about five months ago, but I’ve had to take that down. I used to come here two to three times a week because it’s the only location in the area. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a huge drop in both the quality and portion sizes of the meals.
My usual order is the two sliders meal. It used to be a decent portion — enough to actually fill me up — and for $15–$16, that felt fair. Now, the portion size has shrunk so much that it feels more like a light snack than a meal. For that price, it’s simply not worth it anymore.
For comparison, many other restaurants — like NYC Halal spots — serve full platters with chicken, fries, and a drink for around $14, and the portions are so generous you might not even finish. That makes the small portions here even more disappointing.
To make matters worse, the chicken I got this time wasn’t cooked well; it had a watery texture, and the rice was served cold. Sadly, this was my last visit, and I can’t recommend this location anymore.

Hot Chix is located inside a local gas station, but it’s really clean and bright indoors. The staff are helpful and really friendly. Food was good! We love spicy food and the medium heat level was quite hot for us so we’re glad for that! Chicken itself was tender, flavourful and the coleslaw on it with the sauce is delicious! Their Tacos are huge, such a generous portion, but the one thing I really love here are their shakes. I got the cookies and cream shake and my goodness it is soooo good! It tastes like cake in a bottle, so rich! Highly recommend getting one!

First time trying Hot Chix. I’m so impressed! Everything was perfect! : The flavor, the spice level and the portions! Everything was fresh,too! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu! (Oh, they also didn’t cut corners on the packaging. Very nice)

First and foremost Natalie who served us at the register was freaking awesome! She had great energy and just super helpful with helping us make our selection since it was our first time. The restaurant/store was very clean. And the food was great! I have pictures but we started eating right way so it’s the after affect. I had the jumbo tenders and Cajun crinkle fries w/ a biscuit which was dangerously good! But all in all, we will definitely be back when we are in town again. And again thank you Natalie for your superior customer service!
Also it’s was 3 of us adults and 1 child who ate and we only spent about $50.
