Parking is limited but seems it did not seem busy. People waiting outside and just walking around. Their price and portions were very reasonable. Ordered the number 2 with 2 chicken sandwiches. Their chicken wasn’t juicy nor dry. The fries were not chewy and tasted a bit stale. I did like the fact that they put a sticker for the different spiciness on the to go boxes. I think this spot, you’d have to eat it at the restaurant.

Have revisted multiple times now and it only gets better. Updating review. Chicken sandwiches, fries, pizza all delicious. The holy cluck has a kick and flavors pop down the list. Portions are large and can be split. The sandwiches, fries are a must have. Coleslaw, pickles, sauce give dishes a southern fair. Texas toast is great, and the rolls they use on hot chick sandwiches are so soft. Fries are seasoned just right, and dipping sauces is on point. Hot chick’s mac and cheese is family favorite. If pizza is your thing. Try them all you. You will not be disappointed. Call ahead and have your order ready for pick up. If you want to relax, dine in and enjoy a strawberry lemonade.

Now this is what I call a great chicken sandwich. The owner and the staff really have something amazing here. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in town and the tenders are absolutely huge. Soft moist not to spicy and hit the spot completely. Try them out I love their art work and decor.

This place was recommended to me by a friend at work. The food was delicious and filling! I picked mild spiciness because I’m a wimp, but it was great! I also had their cucumber lemon Agua Fresca to top it off! Good times!

Update 5/19/24 as I said in my first post I have been wanting to try this place for months so I gave it another shot and came in after 12:30 in hopes they may be open, they were open and the sign that said the hours was no longer posted. So I am unsure what time they actually open. It was not terribly busy there was a few people ahead of us but the line went fast I ordered the two chicken sandwich combo one sandwich feelin it-medium and the other sweatin-hot service was good the guy who took out order was friendly and recommended that I try the hot chick fries with Mac and cheese. Food didn’t take too long and came out hot and fresh I would definitely recommend the sweatin-hot sandwich and the fries are great as well, I look forward to coming back and trying something new.

Came on Friday at 11:40AM door was locked sign out front clearly states that they open at 11 everything I see on the Internet says they open at 11 but yet the person inside just stared at us And walked away, been wanting to try this place for months pretty disappointing to drive 35 minutes out of your way to be greeted with a locked door.

YUMMY!! Came here once I saw them on ig. Couldn’t find the place so I posted a pic of their restaurant from the outside, just look for the Plaza De El Sol sign! I got the chicken sandwich with the Mac n cheese and added a side of fries 10/10. My partner got the #4 with the most spicy and second to most spicy option. He said it was really spicy but really good. I like how they put the sticker of what spice level your item has, so there is no confusion if you buy multiple plates. Great playlist inside too!! Only recommendation is that they should paint some chickens on the windows or something because I couldn’t find the place and had to circle twice!

Yum! It’s definitely worth a drive into La Puente! (Even tho…I’m only in Hacienda Heights ) No really, it’s a contender for all these chicken sandwiches everywhere. I like that they have a range for their spices on the chicken. I get ‘no spice’ tho; one day I’ll try mild! comes with a pickle and coleslaw, which is very good. Oh and it’s on a brioche bun. Verrry deeelishous!! A++
Oh and I think I’ll try the pizza you can make custom. There was an Italian pizzeria here before… this place will do waaaay better. That pizza oven…can’t go wrong with this choice!

I LOVE Hot Chickz! This is probably one of my favorite local spots to eat at and I’ve never had a bad item from here.
Our go to order is their #4, we slightly prefer the hot Chickz sandwich over the chicken sandwich, and because it comes with 2 sandwiches the combo alone is plenty of food for both my husband and I. If we are extra hungry we’ll sometimes order extra fries.
Besides our go to, we’ve also tried the Hot Chickz fries (a meal in its own right), their Mac and cheese (so cheesy) and their pizza (a nice surprise for a chicken place)
On top of all that they have delicious agua frescas and amazing customer service

Sandwich was weak as well as flavor and got hard burnt left over fries pieces…this was at the whitter truck maybe restaurant is different I wouldn’t recommend.
