Hot Chicken Alley is a great place to grab a chicken sandwich that’s packed with flavor. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the spice level options make it easy to customize your heat preference. A great hidden spot for chicken that might just become your new favorite. The food is delicious, the service was great, shout out to Matt, and it was reasonably priced.
I didn’t know what to expect, but I love finding new hole in the walls to enjoy. When we looked at the menu we were a little skeptical because they were only a few items. It reminded me of Chic-Fil-A or Raising Canes.
However, the food was magnificent. You can choose your heat level so those who like hotter foods may enjoy the spot.
Their condiments included a hot beer cheese that was quite enjoyable. I like lots of cheese with chicken.
The pricing was average in my opinion.
My only criticism I have is it truly is hidden. The crossroads of this place is Tatum and Thunderbird, and right on the corner is a Black Rock Coffee. However, there is a shopping area behind that coffee shop and this is where this gem hides.

Best Nashville hot chicken sandwich!! The fries were super crispy as was the chicken! The seasoning was so good! Special sauce was delicious with the fries! Specialty soda was a great add on top the meal. Free ice cream at the end! Service excellence. The staff was super friendly as well. Great place to eat and so affordable!!

We found the food here to be quite delicious, and we were thankful to the cashier for thoroughly explaining the menu to us. The establishment was clean and also offered nacho cheese. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would certainly return. We just wanted to mention that the “hot” spice level was indeed quite spicy, so please keep that in mind.

BY FAR the best chicken tenders in Arizona!!! Like I am beyond impressed. The seasoning is absolutely amazing. The service is phenomenal, you can tell they really care about their restaurant. Hot Chicken Alley is a fantastic spot for the whole family! The service is great super friendly and fast. Their juicy fried chicken is unbeatable crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They offer different heat levels too, from no spice at all to absolutely ridiculous if you’re feeling brave! (We got X-HOT) The French fries are just as good crispy yet soft inside and they have a self-serve melted cheese station to dip or top your fries however you like. Last night free ice cream at the end is the perfect bonus. Definitely a must-visit!

If you want some incredible hot chicken and you’re in Scottsdale, I would highly recommend 10/10 @hotchickenalley It is certainly something that would make you say, “Dave who?!” no knock on the competition this place is simply just so legit. On top of having great hot chicken, they had incredible mac & cheese and complementary, aged, sharp cheddar, dipping cheese along with an ice cream cone to finish it up. I just don’t see it getting much better than this! Always want to share my favorite spots in Scottsdale. PS, I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but if you don’t give Hudson a raise and promote him soon, you guys are crazy!
