This place is great. The food is delicious and the people are great. I have had breakfasts with colleagues here because it’s a great breakfast place. Sandwhich and sweet potato fries make a great lunch. Also very pet friendly for people looking for that.

Good menu, great customer service, good outdoor eating. Staff were very responsive and great! Fun brunch food and the Humboldt burger looked impressive! They have a section of outdoor eating for folks with dogs. After lunch, we walked along the nearby river.

We were greeted at the door which is nice, since most places just send you to a table. The service was pretty good, the food was okay. Sorry not a lot of flavor in the chicken-fried steak or gravy. The BLAST was missing sprouts which was explained that it was dropped off the truck but they failed to give me a discount. The pesto panini sandwich was good and we would recommend it.

We were traveling on vacation and our daughter’s boyfriend recommended this place because he is from Fortuna. He did not stir us wrong. We loved everything about this place; the ambience, the food, doggie dining area, drinks, but most of all Cherie. Cherie and I hit it off the moment we met. This is a “must stop” when I am in town. I love breakfast and some good diner food is so satisfying. The food and coffee here is great. There is alot of seating indoor and out. This is my favorite breakfast spot in the county.

We eat there often and enjoy the food and service….but it is noisy. It would sure help if they installed some sound damping panels or hung/drapes some material from the ceiling. It is really noisy there.
