The beef pho was ok, it came out warm. Very good customer service.

I got a chicken pho & a rare beef pho -TO GO- and the majority of everything was rancid!!! The meat smells horrible, the bean sprouts are skinny, the onions and cilantro are sour! The chicken in the chicken pho is literally sorry pieces of scraps. Unacceptable. I cooked the meat thinking it was okay but it wasn’t. Someone can get sick and close down this restaurant. Just wow!

Was here over a year ago. And the food was great, and I loved their egg rolls. Recently, I went back and it was just not the same. Egg rolls were pricey for small things that were just not the same as the original. Not worth the $ due to the size and taste. The pho, tasted off a bit, didn’t even finish it. I read a review about them not paying the employees (review posted 2 months ago) and over a year ago I came to est and their was a young woman upset and screaming to owner because he had not paid her. So, reading that recent reviews and experiencing the young woman screaming about it, makes me believe the owner does it often. Will not be coming back unfortunately. Wish they didn’t change anything, because it was great before. Now let me say, service was always great.

The food here is really good here, WHEN ITS FRESH. I came here to have dinner and I originally had order a tofu pho. I had order this before here and everything was nice it was delicious the first time. When I had it tonight something was wrong, it smelled funky but I thought it was just mean so I prepared it how I like my pho with lemon, chilli oil and lemon with the bean spouts. I gave it the first try and again it tastes different… the tofu’s on it where good but the broth and noodles weren’t good. So I asked if I can switch it out with something different (same price range or lower) and the owner gave such a fown and side eye that just messed up the whole vibe. Then if front of us and in ear shot he was complaining to his workers and I didn’t know how to eat and prepared pho and it was just so unprofessional to do so. Food was delicious but that just ruined my night, I shouldn’t feel guilty for returning something that was already funky…

This place used to be delicious! Ever since the original cook left it became trash. We tried to give it a chance but time after time just got more dissapointing. I used to get the vermecelli noodles and pan fried noodles. The truffle fries were the best. Now it is really bad. Never returned.

Nice customer service.but the soup is way off noodles are hard very few meat for that same price in Los Angeles or Cerritos you get quality pho soup plenty of noodles and really good broth. The spring roles are horrible the lettuce was kind of old very little shrimp and the peanut sauce was really bad. But the service was great

I use to love coming here now it’s my last choice. I ordered chowmein for my son and the noodles were so dark as if they were cooked in old burned oil. I was so disappointed. The vermicelli is good and their pho. I usually have a good experience, I don’t know what happened this time.

Use to eat here a lot, but this time the food had an AWFUL taste. It was like if they added Chemicals to the soup. Spent about $80 & only wanted to give back 30. I do NOT Recommend this place! Want a better pho experience I recommend WE LOVE PHO2 on Carson st. In Long Beach.

Hmmmm where to begin! … well let me start off with the two workers the female Hispanic waitress was very nice and attentive! Aswell as the gentleman that was bringing out the food n serving water! , The food did lack some flavor and from what I see in the other reviews it’s deff and on going pattern! Kinda disappointing and for the price… I felt like I threw my money away! We also had egg rolls. Tooo crunchy … there is free ice cream and it self serve you have to scoop it so this means kids and adults that don’t wash or practice any sanitation will be touching the bucket of ice cream! I’m shocked the owner thinks this is a good idea… but it’s free ‍♂️
