Hot Now Mongolian has become one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food is incredibly fresh and full of amazing flavor, and you can tell every bowl is made with real care. I love the process of picking my ingredients and sauces because it makes the whole experience fun and personal. Every time, the cooks bring everything together perfectly, and it tastes so good. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable the second you walk in. The atmosphere feels cozy and lively, and it is great for a quick stop or a relaxed meal with friends or family. I always leave happy and satisfied. This place truly stands out and I highly recommend it.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time (and I have been to many restaurants throughout my life).
The food is consistently good (I have had the thai peanut chicken + spring rolls every week for almost the past year and a half, and they have been delicious every single time). Every time I go the food served in a reasonable time frame, fresh, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked.
The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food that they offer. They are also very flexible and experienced, so if you have any dietary restrictions they will do their best to accommodate you.
The owners, Jenny and her husband, are extremely kind and truly care about providing good food and service. Every time I go, I am greeted and welcomed like family.
Definitely will continue to go here as long as I can and would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and try this wonderful restaurant!

Okay, this NOT a generic review, but an honest review of a great restaurant. I eat here at least 3 times per week. The veggies and meat options are always fresh, and a good variety that I enjoy. Its always very clean, and the service here is second to none.
If youre new to the format, you build your bowl with fresh ingredients that you choose, and fine tune the flavor with a variety of sauces and seasonings (you can freestyle it like i do, or use one of their recipes for guidance) it’s a rewarding experience that allows you to customize each meal how you see fit. They serve your creation over rice or noodles. Im a rice guy, so thats what I get, everytime.
This is a family run business through and through, and I encourage you to check them out when you’re in the area.
