I ordered pastrami with egg and cheese on a bagel and they sent me a sausage patty. A pork product, and I dont eat pork. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and was advised to report it to Uber or come pickup a new sandwhich. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again. You can’t even follow simple directions. Sausage and pastrami are completely different products, visibly, so I dont know how they sent the wrong item. Beyond ridiculous. I had to report to Uber because I couldn’t go and pickup a new sandwhich, which is why I ordered through Uber in the first place.

I stop here for the occ bagel w/ cream cheese bec its on my way to work & I always regret it. Prices are inconsistent. It’s like they just charge whatever they want. When questioned the staff gets very unpleasant. Not that they’re pleasant at all to begin with. Standard amount of CC is a shmear.
Very disappointed always but esp my last time there. Got a flattened bagel/
”flagel” so it’s a DOLLAR & change more than a regular bagel ? That’s ridiculous. I did not request a smear of cc but that’s what I got. A layer so thin i could barely see, taste or feel it in my mouth. That cost me almost $6! No thanks! Going elsewhere.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
My husband ordered from here this morning and ate his food. I was wrapping and didn’t get the chance to eat until just now and look at this! It is full of mold and growth with fresh cream cheese! How are you not paying attention to the food you are serving your customers? This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen, thank goodness I didn’t take a bite first. Hopefully my husband’s food wasn’t this disgusting and he just didn’t see it and he won’t get sick!

These bagels are the best bagels I’ve had so far in jersey. I’ve had them about 5x and each time the bagels got better and better. The only thing I will say is the load your bags with cream cheese so if you love cream cheese then this place is the one for you. But sometimes I find myself swimming in the cream cheese and it’s literally enough for another bagel…other than that phenomenal bagels
