The restaurant at Host offers rotating chefs showcasing new cuisines throughout the year. The co-working/event space at Host offers a collaborative, membership driven space that aims to drive small business incubation and investment throughout Metro Detroit. The expansive, newly rennovated building can accommodate a multitude of private events from a night out on the town with a group of friends or an even large corporate offsite event.

we went to Host last weekend and had a wonderful experience. It’s a lively restaurant, but still chill enough to have a conversation while dining without needing to shout. Most that have been here know the chef and menu’s rotate. This time is a latin twist and the menu doesn’t dissapoint. We shared the empanada appetizer and then had the fish and pork chop entree’s. Very tasty food with a nice blend of flavors and just a little spice to liven things up. Drinks were as always a treat. They always put a nice theme or seasonal spin on cocktail classics (like my nighthawks manhatten) or the relatively unique Four Seasons. The service was superb! our server was very friendly and engaging as well as informative. She was also on the spot for anything we needed without crowding us. I will continue to come here again and again. Always a new treat!

First time visitor! Amazing experience! Such a fun and inviting atmosphere and awesome vibe as soon as you walk into the restaurant. The staff were all amazing. The food was outstanding. We had brunch today. Had the French omelette and friend had the special French toast. Everything was delicious! The coffee, drinks. .everything. Our waitress, Sarah was so awesome and inviting, she took the time to talk to us and explain the meals and food and make the experience that much better. Can’t wait to visit again and try dinner and more!

I haven’t had such an exquisite culinary experience since a highly prized Asian restaurant in Philadelphia two years ago. When a drink or dish is set in front of you at the table, the aroma sets the tone. The freshness of everything we ordered was apparent. The drinks were absolutely amazing and the food was the same. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of food we received for the price. We look forward to future experiences with upcoming chefs. Until then, I’m going to try for a taco Tuesday

Such a fun girl’s night out! We were walking ins, most of the table seating was reservations but we sat at the bar and had a lovely time. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was so good, albeit on the expensive side, but delicious and expected for a classy place. The drinks were great and the staff was willing to surprise me when I asked for it! Looking for a cute and classy girl’s night out or date night? This is the place!

We tried Host for the first time today. WOW! The place was decorated for Valentine’s Day and was super cute. We didn’t have reservations but were seated quickly. Our server Cirenia was amazing! Definitely will be back again!

What a great experience. Met a friend there on a recent trip to Pontiac because he told me, “Check the menu, you’ll like this place.” Well, I loved it! A great atmosphere, a very knowledgeable bartender, a super friendly host who also doubled as a bartender, and some really tasty menu choices that would satisfy anyone’s palate. After a couple of hours there, the only wish I had was to have my wife share this experience with me, and that means I will be back the next time around! Don’t forget to check out the awesome cocktail menu and the Absinthe dispenser by the bar!

First, let me start with the best part of the restaurant: Danika. She is knowledgeable about the menu, the restaurant’s history, and all the chefs that make their statement here. It is so obvious that for her, this is more of a lifestyle than just a job. I highly recommend anyone considering visiting this establishment request her as their “culinary chaperone.”
Now for the food. “OMG” does not even begin to express the perfection that’s coming out of the kitchen. We visited for brunch. My waistline tells the tale of one too many restaurant meals, but this is by far the best brunch I’ve had in Michigan. Frankly, it is the best I can think of anywhere, even after having traveled the world literally and visiting many of the highest-rated establishments in New York, Chicago, Seattle, Austin, and many other cities around the US.
I’ll let a couple of pictures tell the tale of my meal. All I can say is: unbelievable food and experience. I hope you’ll give it a try.

Dined at Host for their Cafe Loomi menu and it was absolutely heaven – as someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, not only did they have the most amazing NA cocktails on their menu, but they also offered to whip up something tailored to my taste preference and it was the closest I’ve come to having a true to taste NA Negroni since I stopped drinking. The staff was amazing, funny, and every bite was absolutely fresh and delicious. Can’t recommend enough!
