Loved the burgers with cheddar cheese cooked inside the meat. The buns weren’t great but overall I enjoyed it. Had fries covered with queso. The cheese sauce settled in bottom of basket. The drink cups are small requiring multiple trips to the drink counter. Larger cups please. Had some frozen custard. Tasty!

This was the first time I tried this burger joint. I just found them on google and decided to try them out. The burger I had was great. The loaded fries were amazing, definently should be shared as it is a large portion. I did not get a chance to try the frozen custard, but I will the next time I stop by this place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check this place out for sure.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Burgers were delicious and they have multiple fry options that you can choose from such as Cajun, and Loaded Queso. Definitely try this out if you are looking for a new burger restaurant to try.

Just found Hoss’ on google maps today. My husband and I didn’t hesitate to try it. In all the reviews no one mentioned Juicy Lucy. What a surprise. And yes the burgers are a little pink in the middle but that’s how you cook a juicy Lucy. Burgers , fries and onion rings all delicious. I forgot about the potato salad so I got that to go. It was great. Great customer service and very clean restaurant.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch in the middle of a road trip. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was excellent. The server was quick and prompt and very kind. My husband ordered the Hoss’s burger and I ordered the Cordon Moo burger. Both burgers came out well cooked and juicy. The combination of flavors was excellent. The fries were mealy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Excellent food. I also spilled some ice and water near the end of our visit and the manager was very courteous and kind with coming to clean it up promptly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Good burger with a nice selection of toppings to choose from such as onion straws. The sweet potato fries were tasty. My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae made with frozen custard that was delicious. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, overall nice experience.

Pretty nice patio to enjoy some burgers and fries. The burgers were good and had good flavor. Fries were awesome! I tried th license to dill burger of the month and it was good but seemed like a lot of bread. My boyfriend tried the Hoss. We would go back! Decent parking people the restaurant.

This is a food truck graduating to a brick & mortar location. Brand new retail space and this is the first place open. The Hoss burger was drenched in BBQ sauce which just overpowered the entire thing. The stuffed burger was a tad overcooked and they serve everything cooked Med. Mine was Med. Well. The cheese inside was a small portion and at 1/3 lb standard patty portion might leave everyone with a head scratcher at the price point. The novelty of stuffed burger did not make up for the drenched BBQ poor concept of a burger. This would not even make my Top 10 in Nashville.
The fries were the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked, the Parmesan and queso cheese with bacon left me licking the container. There was enough to have some on every bite and not that typical cursory cheese topping. They were loaded top to bottom. Maybe a sprinkle of bacon half way stacked might kick these to brilliant.
The Frozen Custard was good and well portioned. Lots of toppings and possibilities. Needed more prepared menu choices as I found myself staring at all of the ingredient choices and frustrated trying to make a timely choice.
This is a good choice in the area, but with another stellar burger place up the road, there are 2 good choices in the Nolensville area now. Be sure to check out the county line right through the restaurant.

Came for a great burger & I got just that! Was looking for a great burger after a long day of work & I got just that. After seeing someone recommend them on Instagram I decided to try them out. I got one of the monthly specialty burgers & added a few things to it. It was top notch! The meat was seasoned well & the veggies were crisp & fresh. I will definitely be back!
