Hoshi is a fabulous dining experience, served in the traditional Japanese way you feel like you are interacting with the Chef. Our chef Armando was incredible and offered his hand made creations with kindness and flare. The staff at Hoshi is quite attentive and made the whole experience special as well. Priced as a luxury dining experience the food will not leave you dissatisfied and will actually having you craving more. Don’t look at the bill just remember how your tummy feels and the wonderful tastes your mouth experiences. Make it a great night and try this place it is special.

We had the most amazing omakase dinner and pairing at Hoshi our first night at the One & Only. We were fortunate enough to have Chef Hiroki cooking for us and each dish was so thoughtful, vibrant, and delicious. We opted for the pairing as well – which introduced us to the only Mexican made Sake and a dessert plum wine that was surprising and delicious. From the first bite of our delightful amuse bouche, to the best nigiri we’ve ever tried, to wagyu bursting with flavor – this meal was filled with delightful textures and wonderful flavors celebrating both Japan and the bounty of Cabo. If you’re able, I cannot recommend this experience enough.
The price was absolutely worth it for the experience and I think completely reasonable compared to similar dining experiences. I recommend doing the pairing if you’re on the fence about it as you get a lot for the price and the glasses of wine are about the price of a pairing (which makes sense as they likely experience more waste with the wine program and costs need to be offset) we spent just under $300/pp USD with the pairing included.
Again, cannot recommend this experience enough. We were still talking about it over breakfast. A wonderful way to begin our vacation.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant twice, and both experiences have been magnificent. I’ve had the chance to try both the Omakase and à la carte menus, and each was outstanding. The attention from both the chefs and waitstaff is exceptional – they really make you feel welcome. The sauces in the different dishes are absolutely delicious and add a perfect touch to the meals. Highly recommend this place!

The omakase is Hoshi’s ultimate experience. The mocktails pair beautifully with the food, perfect for those who don’t drink alcohol. Be sure to try the desserts to finish the experience with the finest flavors.

We did the Omikase experience and it was THE finest meal that we have ever had!!! Our Sushi Chef was absolutely lovely! He had worked at the OG Hoshi in the One and Only Malaysia! Our waiter was uber attentive! Our experience included the best of what was freshest and available. The fish was utterly divine The sauces were delicious as were all of the accoutrements! Everything was carefully orchestrated and went very smoothly! We are planning to go back at the end of our trip! A wonderful experience and we were smiling the whole time!
