Hoshi Ramen has been my go-to spot since the day they opened, and they continue to impress every single time. Their garlic ramen is my absolute favorite — rich, flavorful, and consistently perfect. It’s one of those dishes you crave again the moment you finish it.
Their egg rolls are another must-have. Crispy, golden, and packed with flavor, they’re easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I recently tried their chicken skewers for the first time — I think they might be a new item — and they were delicious. Juicy, tender, and seasoned just right.
My husband always gets the Texan, which comes loaded with different types of meat. He loves it, but for me it’s a little too rich — I definitely prefer the cleaner, garlicky flavor of my usual bowl. But that’s one of the things I love about Hoshi: there’s truly something for every taste.
And of course, anything with onion is a yes for me, and Hoshi always delivers on that front. Whether it’s in the ramen or the appetizers, the flavors are fresh and spot-on.
If you’re looking for a place that’s consistently amazing with great service and even better food, Hoshi Ramen is it. Highly recommend!
Everything hit the spot. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
It’s a Japanese/Korean restaurant. There are many food varieties. Picky eaters can easily find what to eat here.
The restaurant is clean. The employees are friendly. It’s a plus for me.
I love spicy food so I enjoyed my curry rice with pork katsu a lot.
Husband ordered Hoshi Tonkotsu ramen. He liked it. The broth is not as rich as traditional Japanese ramen but the taste is not bad at all.
My kid ordered squid and chicken karaage. They were slightly overcooked so they were okay.
We will be back again and I recommend it to every one.
We searched everywhere for a place that could do both gluten-free noodles and vegetarian ramen. It wasn’t easy—we called so many spots trying to find one nearby that could accommodate both.
Thankfully, we found out that @hoshiramen-fortworth offers gluten-free noodles! I was beyond excited and couldn’t wait to try it.
We ordered the veggie ramen with the gluten-free noodles, but when it came out, the veggies were fried. I asked if they were gluten-free, and no one was sure—so our sweet server double-checked with the kitchen. Turns out, the veggies were coated in wheat flour, and the tofu was cooked in a shared fryer.
I was honestly crushed for a second—I thought my dream of gluten-free vegetarian ramen was slipping away. But our amazing waiter didn’t give up. He helped me go through nearly the entire menu to find something that would be safe.
I ended up choosing the garlic ramen with veggie broth and no meat, and… it was INCREDIBLE. So much garlic (in the best way), and the gluten-free noodles were perfect. I was nervous, but everything turned out even better than I hoped.
I’m so genuinely grateful to the team at Hoshi for taking the time to help me feel safe and cared for. I really appreciate it—and I’ll definitely be back!
You order at the counter but don’t ask the staff, they haven’t tried the food. Their options for spice was either yes or no. The bright menus and colorful monitors made it straight forward to decide what we wanted.
Our app came out quick but my wife’s ramen came with pork even though she had explicitly requested chicken. They were happy to accommodate but it was a bit of an additional wait. My son asked for no corn in his teriyaki bowl and it came with corn anyhow. He didn’t want to wait so we scooped it out.
Bathroom was immaculate.
Overall it was ok and convenient to have ramen close to our lil subdivision
