Horrible place… my family and I came here for a nice meal and we left flabbergasted. We were sitting at a table and my dad ordered a beer. It took about 10 mins to get his second beer because the waitress was too busy talking to one specific person at the bar. I will be honest, my family and I were chatting about how long it took, just in conversation, and the waitress overheard our convo and got an attitude. Then she proceeded to talk to her co worker about the situation and gave us dirty looks the entire time. I had to go to up to the bar because my
mom’s food was wrong and my dad waiting another while before getting another beer. Finally, our food came out and my dad asked to speak to the owner and the owner was the one who gave us our food. As an owner, he wasn’t willing to listen to the experience we had and only nicely said “then don’t come back.” Well we definitely won’t be and we will be telling all our friends and family not to either. As an owner myself I would NEVER have done this to keep business.

I have never been as humiliated as I was today at The Horseshoe Pub in Kingsville, Md. I simply asked the waitress to bring another beer when I ordered my food and she forgot as she stated herself, so as I was sitting with my girlfriend and step daughter I asked again for my beer she finally brought it over. I was talking to my girlfriend and step daughter that she is working on a tip. Her head spun like Chuckie saying she forgot. I was like wow really? As the food was delivered my girlfriends food was wrong when it was delivered and she never came back to check on us to see if it was ok. MY stepdaughter had to go up to the bar and complain stating the order was wrong. the gentleman that delivered apologized and said he will take care of it, which he did. When he came back I asked him who was the manager and he told me he was the owner , told him about the problems with the waitress and he said he has been watching and if I don’t like it don’t come back and patted me on my shoulder. I told him I wont be back. I wonder what he was watching because it definitely wasn’t her coming to our table. Then as we were saying our good byes on the parking he came out and took our picture and walked back into the bar without saying anything, Why?? I am usually a damn good tipper and always always take care of our bartenders. This was totally embarrassing to me and my girlfriend. WE will absolutely never be back in there. I understand to take care of your regular customers but this kind of service and disrespect should not be expected no matter who you are.

On a recent visit to the HorseShoe Pub on Bel Air Rd, in Kingsville we were impressed by the excellent food and the willingness of the owners, Dave and Theresa to make your visit “a want to come back experience” The steamed shrimp are some of the best I’ve ever had, and yes we will be back!

Small, side of the road bar and grill. Driven past it many times and finally decided to stop in for a quick lunch. Got the cheeseburger and fries. Much to my surprise, the food was very good. Big, juicy burger. Fries cooked perfectly. Didn’t take long to get our food and we were out the door. The food was decently priced at under $15 for each of us, it was a good, filling lunch.

Small pud in Northern Baltimore County on Rt 1 near Gunpowder Falls River. There is new leadership at The Horse Shoe Pub, remodeling has occurred. Saw contractors working inside and outside the pub. After the weather gets nicer, you can bet more will happen. Keep up the good work. Nice local Pub.

A friend of mine won money on the slots and they did not pay her out where they have paid other customers out. This is under the new management. She had won $1000, but in the end she walked a way with nothing while they kept her money. I miss the old ownership.
