Stopped into The Horse and Crown recently, and I was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. The bartender was attentive and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Can’t beat the classic combo of a cold draft and a quick bite — exactly what I needed.
It’s clear this place values its customers, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back!

You want a drink? Great! Let me look at you as the disdain of their day. Bartenders were the worst i ever had. If I wanted someone to hate me make me drinks then I would go to my in laws. Sucks because the people I met were amazing. But being scared to ask for a drink is just gross. Main bartender? Do better

Went out expecting to sing all night for karaoke and DJ/KJ already had a list of singers as soon as they announced the start. They put their friends and regulars in first. Then let people join in mid-rotation. Sang once in 3 hours. Totally unacceptable.

Owner/manager thinks that all (public) parking spots outside his bar are his personal property, completely ridiculous, it’s a strip mall! He seems to stand behind the front door, watching where people park their cars, becomes aggressive, if anyone parks near the pub. Lucky for him, his barkeeper lady has better manners!
