What a great find! We were taking a little day drive with a plan to go to another restaurant that happened to be closed on Mondays. When I searched “restaurants open near me” I saw that this place served Columbian food and was intrugued.
As always when I go to somewhere new, I ordered about 5 different things to get to try a wide variety. The burgers were fine but the Columbian food was awesome!
We got Empanadas with chicken, Arepas Rellenas with cheese and also with beef, Special Salchipapas, as well as a Columbian hot dog special. YUM!!
They have very nice drinks too with mango iced tea and coconut lemonade being the stand outs. We’re just sad that even with a box stuffed with leftovers, we were too full for ice cream. Next time we’ll have dessert first.
Everything was neat and tidy and the service was first class! If only been in business a year or so make sure to come buy to give them a try and support them!

This little place is barely noticeable from the street, but it is 100% worth the stop. Burgers and fries are awesome, huge portions at a great price. Staff are friendly and quick. Icecream looked great too, but I was too full to try it.

Delicious hometown burger joint. Burger was good with a good balance of veggies, meat and cheese. Needed a little more sauce. Tots prepared to perfection. Dill dipping sauce was an interesting flavor for the tots, give it a try for a quarter. Customer service was awesome. Highly recommend.

The hornets nest has been here since I was a kid. It’s now owned by a wonderful family from Columbia who serves great Colombian fast food, as well as burgers, fries, milkshakes, etc. Good food in a quaint little burger joint!
