This place lives up to the hype. The moment you walk in, the vibe is on point, clean, modern, and built for a proper BBQ experience.

The food was insane. The ribs and brisket were tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Easily some of the best BBQ I’ve had in town.

Customer service was top tier. Even with a long line, the staff stayed friendly, helpful, and welcoming the whole time.

Only small downside is the cashier line moves a bit slow, but that’s expected when a spot is this popular. Still absolutely worth the wait.

I’ll definitely be back.

My experience was great! The food was awesome! Greens, baked beans, Mac & cheese, ribs, brisket! All was delicious!! There was nothing I did not like about my meal or visit! As a mater of fact I took leftovers home and was very happy to eat them the next day! Don’t go in expecting to find something wrong; instead compliment on the things they got right! Support, build up our neighborhood establishments! Just getting started at this location! Fabulous work Horn Barbecue!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Let me start by saying Aesthetically the Restaurant is beautiful! I love the black & gold color theme. There’s a really nice ambiance there. The staff is very nice & welcoming. Nice music playing provided a good vibe.
I arrived shortly after 5, there was a line but it moved pretty quickly. I was surprised to see they don’t use plates. Your food is served on a paper covered serving tray. Not bad but different.
I was very Disappointed that the only meat options were pulled pork & brisket sandwiches. Not at all what I wanted but I still wanted to give it a try. The sandwich came with 1 side for $16. Meat portion was plentiful but in my opinion lacked flavor. My side of choice was the potato salad & that was not good at all. After one bite I threw it away. I tried the Mac & cheese (from my friend’s plate) & it tasted as if the flour wasn’t cooked all the way when making a roux. I also tried her brisket sandwich & just like the pulled pork it lacked flavor.
Overall it wasn’t the experience I had hoped it would be.

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. We had the pulled pork sandwiches. Grand opening we got there at 6pm. And everything was sold out except the pulled pork and hot links. Can’t wait to go back to order the ribs or brisket.

Ate here for the first time yesterday and it was… okay. It took a little over 30 minutes to get our food. After about 20 minutes waiting, staff started to come check on us because they remembered us sitting down before some of the other people who had already gotten their food. Everyone who we interacted with was very friendly, but it took a long time to get taken care of.

I ordered a Brisket Plate with Pit Beans. My wife ordered a Tri-Tip Sandwich with Mac and Cheese. We also ordered an extra side of Potato Salad.

Brisket: It was cold when it arrived. Flavorful and delicious, but cold.

Tri-Tip: Also cold. My wife described it as bland. I tried it and thought it was pretty gross, but it’s hard to account for personal taste.

Pit Beans: Great flavor, but the beans were very firm. Probably not a big deal for some people, but I personally prefer beans to be a tad bit softer.

Mac and Cheese: Solid. My wife is a big mac and cheese person and she really enjoyed it.

Potato Salad: Very good. Great balance of flavors, very creamy.

BBQ Sauce: We had a bottle of BBQ sauce at the table and we both tried it with our meat. Great tangy flavor, but it was VERY watery and runny.

We will probably go back eventually to give it another chance. I have a feeling that our experience was not typical, so I want to give it another go down the road to make sure I give this place a fair shake. It’s just rough when your first experience with a new place isn’t great.

My family and I ate there last night and we enjoyed the food and the service. It was great. My dad left his phone on the table and our waitress brought it out to us and gave us a compliment and gave me a big hug. The food was good and we were able to just enjoy dinner and laugh as a family. They were awesome as a host and great customer service. Thank you Horn BBQ.

Y’all aren’t going to make it like this. Seat yourself and order on your phone from a menu where most items are listed out of stock and no photos… Terrible. Weird environment, so sterile and industrial and cold in this place. Only meat available was brisket and chicken and hot links. It’s noon on a Saturday. Who is keeping you from cooking a variety of meat like every other restaurant? How can you possibly only have one beef one chicken? Hot links is phoning it in, I’m not giving you credit for that. Brisket was cooked to perfection. Has very little flavor and you have to douse every bite in bbq sauce to make up for it. Shame since it’s cooked so nice. Sides were good. Beans are weirdly sour but hey that’s a preference. Mac and cheese and potato salad were good. 3 bucks for a can of coke and no refills is criminal. No music, no service of any kind, no refills on drinks, sticky tables and sauce covered napkins. The message I received is you don’t want people to eat there. The nicely cooked brisket is not enough to bring me back. Also, where are the peppers and onions? Onion straws? Cheese? That’s an upsell, and I’d have done it. We need good bbq in Fresno but this isn’t it. I hope you guys get it together.

Ish was our server, and she was so sweet and kind throughout our entire experience! The food was a 10/10 As someone who grew up in the South and knows real BBQ flavor, it was so good!! Our kids ate everything up so quickly….The brisket had so much flavor and literally melted in my mouth. I definitely recommend trying this place, and we will be returning soon Thank you again, Ish!

First of all, I will return to spend my good money and support this man, his employees and his business. The decor and theme are near flawless!! With that said: I thought after a week or so after grand opening the expected kinks/headaches would have been worked out i.e. food outages, lines outside addressed etc. Went on Friday evening with my family and waited in the cold (no outside courtesy heaters) for an hour. Finally get to the front and was told they only had ribs, pulled pork and rib tips. On a Friday evening?! The ribs were not warm and were very chewy, the pulled pork salty. No corn on the cobb, no cornbread, no rolls, no specialty items i.e. Texas Twinkies, no sausages, no brisket on a Friday evening??!!… The cafeteria style set-up: weighing the meat, cutting it etc. has created a bottle neck that has forced people to wait in the cold despite the seating being half empty inside. This will be magnified by a factor of 10 when the summer triple digit heat comes. NO ONE will wait on seering hot concrete in 105 degrees to get lukewarm ribs. WITH ALLLL THAT SAID: You goddarn right I’ll be back!! And will spend my good money to support this man!! Best believe!!

I was fortunate enough to visit Horn BBQ on opening day. Being a big fan of brisket, I can say unequivocally that the brisket prepared here is easily the best I’ve had. Melts in your mouth, and flavor nuances are sublime. Do yourself a favor, and try this place out. You won’t regret it.
