One of my favorite restaurants in the East Bay. Lots of great memories at this restaurant. This time I took my youngest daughter & her best friend to celebrate my daughter’s Beauty School graduation. Perfect weather for sitting outside on their patio & the food was excellent, as always. Have never had a bad meal there.

Their fantastic reputation means a great experience was expected. We were not disappointed! Everyone was so nice. They didn’t mind cooking my allergy safe dish. They exceeded our expectations! I hope to go back again! Beautiful setting on the water too.

Had the chef special Cuban spiced shrimp and scallops. Flavor outstanding. Plating nicely done. crunchy of Bonito strings awesome. Seafood preparedness perfect. Not too dry or undercooked. My only complaint was thst the dish was WAY too small – especially for 34$ I was so hungry after I had to get a pizza on way home. Otherwise, great time and great atmosphere!!!

This place is nice, it’s been around since 1979. It’s clean, and the restrooms are clean. Very awesome customer service from our server! Everyone that was working there was very nice! The claim chowder on this day of 2/12/23 was not good. Our garlic bread was delicious. The prime rib was good. It came with mash potatoes and garlic creamy kale. Amazing views. We were celebrating my oldest son’s birthday. They gave him a Sunday ice cream.

An excellent American dining experience for everyone. The decor is very refined in a spacious location. The menu has a variety of high end eating choices. The ambiance is appealing and refined. Make sure to sample the clam chowder with caramelized bacon and Italian parsley. You will not be disappointed because the food is very filling and you will take some to go.

Food was fantastic! The seafood trio was extremely tasty, the scallops were seared and just melted in your mouth. The salmon was tender and who doesn’t like shrimp? Clam chowder was perfect! We got seated quickly and looked over the menu, The server was attentive to our needs. Would eat here again

Horatio’s is San Leandro’s hidden gem. We had the clam chowder, seafood trio, crab dip, and the old fashioned. Everything was fabulous. The seafood was cooked to perfection, the bread was just out of the oven and warm dripping with garlic butter, the clam chowder was not a traditional New England chowder but I think it was even better! The restaurant is super comfy with beautiful views on the water.

Our first dining experience here, as they were one of the few restaurants open for Thanksgiving. Servers are hardworking and work as a team helping each other. Members of our dining party have food allergies and our server Emily was fantastic and checked on which entrees would be okay for them to eat. –Thank you so much!

Entrees are still excellent, last 2 visits dessert was very disappointing, we tried creme brulee, which was cold and didn’t seem to have been burnt completely or recently and the strawberry shortcake which was very soggy and the shortcake texture and flavor was so so.
