All craft beers and whiskey. This place used to be the to go place a few years ago but something went wrong. It’s always empty and there beer selection isn’t the greatest. The service on the other hand is great. I never have an issue ordering food or drinks. This place was on Chicago’s best a year or so ago.

Great food, decent beer selection. Horrendous service. Waited twenty minutes just to place food order with maybe 15 people in the bar at the time. Then waited another 15 just to place another drink order. However, the manager did make it right later in the evening. By far the best burger I have ever had. Give it a try.

The staff was very friendly.
The drinks were made properly, they actually use the correct amount is liquor.
Quiet, chill environment.
My only complaint is that I ordered plain fries and I got garlic parmesan (loaded with salt). I didn’t want to embarrass my date by saying anything to the staff. Though, they should have asked if everything wss okay and should have been observant enough to see the full plate of fries – minus five… I had to at least try them
I understand mistakes happen, but they really should have asked if everything was okay.

Hopscotch is a pretty cool Franklin Park bar. Their beer selection isn’t bad and they have some nice happy hour deals. It’s kind of funny though how the back part of the bar is basically the bar office and has boxes and stuff stacked up.

The place is now Sugar Skull. There’s street parking available nearby. Inside, they have video gambling, live DJ, local beers on tap, top shelf liquors, and limited table space to enjoy their delicious tacos. Sugar Skull has a “downtown Chicago” bar atmosphere, and demographics ranging from 21-50 year olds with different origins. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking forward to having a good time.

Wow… talk about a diamond in the rough. Aside from their modest craft beer selection I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Delicious. For a night out with some friends for some good food and good beer this is a good choice.

Great place to visit if you’re in the area and craving good drinks and food. The craft beer selection is awesome, the new food menu is tasty as heck. Chill vibe.

Great little “gastropub” hidden inside an old drive bar. Our driver and my colleague were both skeptical based on the neighborhood and exterior. But once we got our first two items (skirt steak sliders and Mac & cheese arancini) he was sold. Those ended up being the two best items other night, but we also had black bean sliders, mushroom flatbread, beer cheese with pretzel bread, butternut squash stuffed arancini, beer nuts, and a dessert special of waffle batter funnel-cakes. Good beer list and I enjoyed the whiskeys. If you’re staying near the airport, well worth the trip.

Had to wait a little bit for a drink; otherwise: food was awesome, great drink selection, friendly staff. For a first visit to Chicago, couldn’t be happier with the visit.

Unfortunately this was a disappointment. The cook gave us frozen mushrooms and laughed when we returned them to the kitchen. But still beer was ok and waitress was polite.
