Very cute bakery. We stumbled by it and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and the friendly gentleman by the counter. I got macarons, lemon cupcake and a lemon square cookie. My friend got the Pike peak brownie, the love at first bite chocolate cupcake and the carrot cake.

AMAZING food! The vanilla bean cheesecake was the best I’d ever tasted. But what really meant a lot to me was the carrot cake. It’s my favorite cake by a mile, but I haven’t had it in 20 years because every single other variety puts pineapple in their carrot cake. Hopscotch Bakery does not use pineapple in their recipe!

I have been going to Hopscotch Bakery for a while now. I normally always get a Pikes Peak brownie and a couple cookies. Today I went at lunch time and tried a sandwich. Can’t believe I’ve never tried this place before. It’s amazing and I can see why my friends love it. Brought home Pueblo green chile caramel, a cranberry scone, chocolate chip pecan cookies and something like a honeymoon bar.i wish they had a place near us. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town next.

Cannot compliment this bakery enough!! Everything is delicious. This was my favorite place for YEARS then I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and had to stop eating all my favorite treats. I reached out them recently to see if they would be open to trying my favorite scone with a gluten free flour. They were helpful, kind, and happy to work with me. They were able to make a whole batch of gluten free goodies with just 2 days notice!! They were truly incredible to work with and the end product was delicious. I will absolutely be placing more orders!!
