Pretty cool place. We got the monster French dip, chicken bacon ranch sliders and the kids cheeseburger. The French dip was very mushy. Tasted good but the meat felt fatty. Was not for me. Sliders were deffinetly good. Chicken pieces were a little big for the small buns but it was still yummy. Kids burger was pretty good as well. My son ate all of it. Drinks were absolutely amazing! Had a super fun ice cup they came in. I tried the black raspberry cooler and a raspberry lemon cello. Beer selection is kinda skimpy. They have upstairs seating as well which I thought was neat. Family-friendly.

Everyone tells me since they opened this place it’s great. Don’t really see the hype. Maybe it’s just another post covid hard to find good help situation but the service and food was not worth the overpriced cost. My wife and I ordered a couple burgers, one with fries and one with chowder. I asked for no tomato and not only did they fail at the one and only request but it was one of the saddest looking cuts of tomato I’ve seen in a while. The lettuce was super wet and there was way too much sauce. The clam chowder was one of the worst I’ve had in a while. Campbell’s puts their chowder to shame. We went there about an hour and a half before closing and the bartender seemed wildly inconvenienced by our 2 entree and 4 draft beers. Normally I don’t tip after something like this but just out of curiosity I tipped 25% cash. When he collected his undeserved tip he had a what that’s it look on his face. Best belive we won’t be coming back. The restaurant scene has really gone down hill but it’s cool cause they have a sparkly counter top.

The burgers were still as good as we remember, so the kitchen clearly knows how to deliver. It just seems like there are moments when shortcuts might be taken, and the difference between fresh and not‑so‑fresh really changes the experience. When everything is made fresh, this restaurant can be truly exceptional. Today’s visit was just alright, and it didn’t leave us craving a return anytime soon.

I enjoyed the overall experience, but was a little dissatisfied with the fries I ordered as they seemed a bit old compared to the last time I went which tasted as if they were right out of the fryer. Other than that though, I enjoyed the burgers a lot and the mozzarella sticks. The service was quick and courteous. Would go again and would recommend.

Love the food and drinks here. The burgers are juicy and delicious. They also have a great drink menu. The “drops” are served in a “glass” made of ice with a good selection of drink flavors. Decent prices and super friendly service. Definitely recommend this place!!

Hops and Drops in Lacey used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I have been going for years and have always loved the atmosphere, the wait staff has been wonderful and food was always great. Sometimes I would eat in and sometimes I would order takeout with no problems. Although lately the takeout has gone way downhill. Two times in the last month and a half I ordered takeout and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. No problem, so I thought. I can wait. I saw the takeout receipt with my name hanging where they put the orders. Come to find out both times the order was never given to the kitchen and I had waited quite a while. The first time, I asked to be refunded and the manager took care of refunding me and gave me a gift card. I realize things happen, they get busy but was extremely disappointed when it happened again and my order was never given to the kitchen. It will be a long time before I ever go back and I was a frequent customer. They really need to get their act together when it comes to takeout orders.

We were so impressed with this great restaurant!! AMAZING Customer Service and food is almost as good as how they treat you! This is our new favorite spot for sur, great find!! Everyone treats you like a Friend, with respect. The food was delicious and the menu has something for everyone. They also do raffles and have a good happy hour menu. Thanks for everything!
