The service was good as in the one server was very attentive and prompt, but the food is not that good at all. The nachos looked like something I could make at home and not even heated up properly with raw uncooked tomatoes and a general sour look. The barbecued tips were just salty hunks of meat and not hot, just warm. The french fries were good. The food is mediocre and overpriced. The additional help including one bumbling guy didn’t look very aware and we didn’t get silverware or supplies until we asked.

Love me a good cocktail. All the flavored lemon drops in ice glasses and local beers make this one of my favorite places! Street tacos are usually pretty great on happy hour too.

We had the reuben it was really good not made on rye bread which is a plus for me. The grilled onions were caramelized perfectly. We were greeted and seated immediately and server was friendly and attentive. Fun place for lunch.

Came back again 3/8 – we got the same awesome waitress as the first time. I want to say it’s Angela, however she was doing training and I believe the trainees was Carla. However hands down an amazing waitress.
So…. I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. Went there a few weeks ago had amazing service, good food, awesome mango lemonade. The chips with their house dip is very tasty! Many choices on the menu which I love.
My wife is Gluten/Dairy allergic and this is sometimes hard to do. Our first visit with our waitress–I wish I could remember her name because she was truly amazing!!! She knew everything on the menu, nailed my wife’s meal and came back to check on us many times. Our last time here….well…. Not the same. They were busy, they said they sent people home because they were slow all day til 30mins prior to us coming. Our waitress was well…. Very put off and seemed overwhelmed. They messed up my wife’s order, however they remade it VERY quickly and they just didn’t scrape the cheese and send back out. Completely re-made.
My only complaint is asking for Rare hamburger has been more med-rare at best and the one so far error. Even with those, I’d still come back and still gave five stars.

Decent food and above average service. Tried the Triple Threat Chicken sandwich. Was just ok. Kids liked their food, had the cheeseburger and chicken stripe. Staff was friendly and checked on us often. Good spot for a family dinner outing.

We came after a walk on the trail. They were quick setting up table for big group and even did separate checks for us. Basic menu, my flat bread was ok, not till much topping. Garlic fries was good, could not stop eating them. My friend like her chicken wrap order. The gummy drink was interesting looking, come in ice cone in a short glass. First time seeing it, the ice shot glass. Service was good. We set out in the patio.

It’s OK, but not what I would call stellar. The food is usually a solid 5 or 6 out of 10, so just slightly disappointing. Kind of like the olive garden of family dining restaurants, or maybe “the crappier place across from Crockett’s.”
The atmosphere is always somehow louder than I’d expect, but I will say the service has always been pretty good.
It’s one of the few options in MV, so if you want to stay local it ends up in your rotation. It’s just been slightly underwhelming is all.

The food was excellent. This is the second location of this chain I have been to and I always have such a hard time deciding what to eat because there are so many good options. I had the fish and chips this time and I was a little disappointed by the size of the fish. You get three pieces and they offer a 4th piece for another few dollars. But other than that they tasted really good and were crispy. My husband got the po boy and that was excellent tons of shrimp he couldn’t even finish it he was so full. We both got the flavored lemonade and I those were good as well a tad sweet but you could choose from any flavor and change it up with each free refill.

Hops n Drops has my favorite cheeseburger, hands down. The Deluxe Cheeseburger is just done right — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with fresh toppings. It’s one of those burgers you keep thinking about after you leave. Great spot for a solid meal, but that cheeseburger alone is reason enough to come back.
