Great little place with lots of good tastes! One problem, which we brought to the waitress, was finding the correct prices of the food online. It wasn’t until we got there we found the correct menu and prices. It then was fixed rather quickly except for the Pellston Airport site.

Fun place to eat. The unique “up north” decor makes for a nice atmosphere. Food was good, hot, and pretty fast. Not often you eat at an airport and have a laid back experience. On Friday 6:00 o’clock, not busy. A bit more by the time we left. Had a good burger with sweet potato fries. Triple fudge cake for dessert.

This is a very good FAMILY dining spot. They usually have good service, (last time we were a little dissapointed, but they are a small place) a very unique atmosphere and location but the food is below average. Pizza was undercooked, wings were undercooked and almost soggy like. All in all bland food. They have a shuffleboard table which is cool and the bar is a nice spot to grab a burger and a beer. It is above the airport lobby.

Ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza for takeout. The service was very fast and pretty friendly, and even though I fell behind on the order time (20 minutes), the pizza was still warm. The mushrooms were a little bitter but I think it is because I’m used to hearty fast food mushrooms. The sauce itself was zesty and very delicious, and there was a perfect amount of cheese. I was only two slices in and already felt full because of how hearty and delicious it was. I will definitely order more sometime!

Hoppies Landing is in a small airport, Pellston Regional Airport, but it is the most unique airport I have ever been to!! It is small, only two terminals, but the rustic decor make it worth any delay you could ever hope to face!! Hoppies is on the second floor of the airport. It has a full bar, plenty of waiting area, a small arcade for the kids, shuffleboard for the adults and a large menu. The food is good, the service was fast, and the drinks were not lacking!! And all with a view of the airstrip!! I highly recommend visiting, and hey, if your from a long way out, you can always book a flight 😉

The theme of both the airport and Hoppies was pretty cool. We were greeted by several animals on the way into the restaurant. I had one of the best pizzas of my life! Was not expecting that from an airport restaurant. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a very polite bartender that offered me drink and menu. He was knowledgeable about the food and drinks, after a couple drinks and the maple glazed salmon, I was thoroughly impressed. The salmon was excellent, I eat a lot of salmon at restaurants and this was among the best.
